Chapter 81 - Chapter 81 Halido

"She was working beside him, helping him when he needed a leading guild, soon she fell into her greed and envy, fully believing that she deserved more than this to lead without control of him,"

Halido pulled away from the console, pushing them into the wall behind them. Their gaze darkened, filled with fear, the other figure leaned closer to the edge of wall looking at the thought the corner of his eye, he felt the room shift, the air went cold. What had she done to cause such fear in her workers, her friend? The consoler pulled at his hand and let out shakily,

"Who are you talking about? This seems to be so fragile and frightening for you to talk about,"

"It's that tenuous. This could kill us both by just the mere acknowledgement of this talk."

"Why it's not that,"

They stopped feeling their grip tighten. Halido leaned closer to them and whispered into their ear, but the other figure still heard him.

"She's not the first figure, there was another trapped beyond what we can hold."

The breath in their lungs halted. They let go of Halido shocked enough to let go of him. The other figure observed them, not shocked like the councilor, but he knew. She would act. Put on a mask, hiding her true emotion until it breaks away. There's anger but the panic in her facade was deafening. Lashing out abruptly when pressed on a matter that concerned her. Having failed would have been wishing if you hadn't,

"Filled with greed and hate for our first figure. She waited, making her preparations. Baited breath watching his moves and analyzing him, his goal, his passion, but most importantly his schedule,"

He other figure went to move closer, but Halido looked to him, frightened. the other figure moved away, hiding behind the wall, while Halido moved closer to him with the console being slid across the wall,

"Halido, stop! What are you doing?"

They shouted, but Halido didn't listen, walking closer to the wall. the counselor stopped them, planting his feet, stopping Halido, and grabbed onto him. Halido turned his head to him in anger by stopping from seeing whos on the other side of the wall,

"You are stopping me for what?"

"From acting a fool, there's no one there you know that,"

"But not for certain, there could be someone there listening to what I'm telling you, vital infer..."

"There isn't. I've already looked there myself,"

The counselor said, pushing Halido off him, fixing his coat glancing at him, Halido looked to the wall uttering,

"How?"

"We as who we are have many skills, Halido, mine i can see thought all,"

The other figure shivered, which means he must have seen me, The other figure thought shaking he tried to remember whicht of member of the council had that ability. HIs eyes widen from the realization. It's Angela. The one to hold the fabric. By the leaders request that she hold onto it, the other figure stood still his eyes peering over the next hallway, awaiting her to expose him.

"Then who are they?"

"Just a strangler handing towards the main hub,"

The other figuer stunned kept as quiet as possible. She didn't say he was there. Did she not see him, or did she choose to ignore him. Angela placed her hand on Halidos's chest, pushing him away from her with a sutil smile.

"There already gone, there nothing to worry about."

"Nothing?"

"Nothing at all now. She's not the first?"

Halidos flinched his gaze, changing

"No, she isn't. She observed him and waited for someone to have the same hate she had for him to appear,"

"That was you?"

Halidos pierced his lip, he hasn't let anyone else hear this much least keep it with them, but if he were to explain to her, maybe she wouldn't go in there.

"Yes, it was me. I despised how he led us, thought strength multiple plans went well, but his strength started to weaken, and his plans went awry, in my opinion. Another after another, the tension didn't let out. After one of the fail missions i went on was finished, she came to me with this idea of setting a trap for him,"

Halidos remembers that day having the foretold weapon in his hands placed by her. He glanced at her, seeing her expansion, excitement. Relief. All thought emotions are seen by him, she pressed her hand onto the gun, She starts to tell him, and there voiced mixed as he tells Angela,

"It's designed to be a cage, holding a power being like him isn't hard for this old weapon,"

"What?"

Halidos was looking at his hand in font of his chest, opened for something to be in his hands, Halidos looked to Angela, seeing her confused gaze staring back at him,

"The weapon at that point as a cage made for something or someone in our case to be in it,"

Closing his hand and explaining to her,

"At first it was closed until he felt a power that it hasn't felt before, one that went unmatched for so long, he acted at the key to it opening the weapon, the leader now asked him to talk with her i that room,"

They looked at the room, scanning over the door. Hidden carving in the door covered in a steel seal. Only to be opened by the people who were last in.

"He went to her first, asking why she wanted him there. She told him of his resent mission, slowly showing her true ambition, that when she pulled me in takeing the weapon close to him opening it, it morphed like water as it went to drag him in. When he fell, it's the end for him. It sucked him in. Leaving us to care for the middle ground,"

"She trapped him?" Angela let out

the other figure peered over the corner, and he sees the pain in Halidos. His eyes, his stature. his face. It's all noticeable to him.

"She did, leaving her to be the leader, and me to help kept it a hidden tale in our lives,"

The other figure moved away from the corner as they were discussing, confounded. That is why she forbid that room. Let it be a tale for years. Letting them believe she was the first and that she's their leader.

"I can't tell him,"

The other figure looked over the wall to see that they had walked down the hallway talking about what Halidos had told her, with him holding her hand with a tight grip.

"At least not yet, that is what had happened,"

The other figure explained, staring at them. He didn't think they would be shocked. They're gods they had seen a lot and have experience, He heard Zeus hums and let out,

"So it's true then. There's one before her,"

"It lays in the weapon," Athena muttered

She stared her eyes slightly widen, staring at the other figure. She holds on to her knee thinking,

"This whole time, it's been before us, waiting for her to hold it,"

"They capture him? How odd, but she archived her goal, becoming their leader,"

Hermes smoothly had a smile lay on his face. He lazily sat in the chair a hand over his face, he knew she saw what they were facing. The old and the new.

"Shai has the first figure with her?"

Ares said, glaring at the other figure who just shrugged him off, Ares tightly gripped his helmet, sensing the change in the room, Shai held someone deeply frightening,

"That's why it's been communicating with her,"

Art let out, turning her head to the other figure. He shrugged his shoulder again, but he heard the figure beside him saying,

"That's why,"

The other figure looked to him and saw the revelation hit the figure hard. The other figure thought that he would know that this would be possible, not for sure but still a likelihood. The figure glanced at him, having a thought in mind and saying it,

"Then why did you keep this to yourself?"

"I didn't know if i should with just the two of us, but that soon became three and then some more. Not until presser mounted did i want to tell you,"

The figure nods and spoke, "More of us to knock them down there tower,"

"That's a way to put it, but yes, I wanted to have more than us to stop her. We didn't have that then,"

"You thought ahead... i guss our not that much of a limp twisted fool,"

"Limp no, twisted yes,"

"At least you admit it,"

The figure huffed, glaring at him. This fool might not have tol him, but it's better for it. That he could blame him for.... not yet, Zeus was staring at his hands, ingulfed in lighting when he turned his gaze to the other figuer,

"Shai holds the first of your kind?"

The figure looked at him, and the other figure answered him in a short way,

"She dose,"
