It was a lot of information to process for Alex. Hearing about the death of the Artifact God and the birth of Godslayer was not something he had expected out of this day, but he didn't complain.
He still wanted to learn more; however, there were other questions burning through him at the moment.
He looked at his Origins in the distance, the single orb that could split into 8 similarly illuminating orbs.
"So… previously, you wanted the spirit part of you to join my Origin and survive that way, is that correct?" Alex asked.
"That was my plan," Godslayer said. "Albeit the chances of that succeeding weren't a lot for my personal survival."
Alex nodded. "But now you've changed that plan. Now you want the soul part of you to become my Origin."
"Not exactly," Godslayer said. "It is not possible to make my soul a part of your Origin."
Alex raised an eyebrow. "It's not?" he asked.
