Jason and his team came across some cultivators who happened to be among those who escaped from Silas' onslaught. The group didn't put up much of a fight knowing they were far weaker than their opponent as they peacefully surrounded their storage ring before running for their lives. They carried on with this process again but the opponents this time around didn't agree to surrender their storage ring which led to a battle between both sides but it didn't take long before they were dealt with given how weak their cultivation was.
"A mere first-stage nascent soul cultivator dares to act tough in front of me, what a joke" Jason scoffed after taking the storage rings from the dead bodies.
"This should be enough to guarantee us access into the sect" said Diana with a smile on her face as she was happy they were able to get their hands on treasures before being expelled from the ruin.
