As soon as he was born, he already had the strength of the Seventh Level, even though his power had greatly diminished after undergoing a transformation.
When the child was in his Spirit Plant form, his strength had already reached the Tire-9 level within the Endless Life Mini-world! However, since Spirit Plants had many fatal weaknesses, their battle prowess would often be high, but they could not be regarded as true Tier-9 beings.
