Emma stood silently in the words, under
a large tree, hiding herself in the shadows
as she studied her prey. The prey, oblivious
of the danger it's in stood there eating, unaware of what was coming.
It's been long since she felt this rage, this hunger for blood, and the demon inside her awakened. And there was the perfect timing. Her prey wasn't walking clumsily around anymore; it was now still, calm and unaware of the danger around.
Emma's face lighten up like a burning coal,
bright red light. She sped up towards her prey, but before the poor Antelope could blink it was dead. Emma's teeth had sunk deep into its neck, she ripped its heart out, sucking the juice out of it, and dropped the remainder and that was it, she was satisfied. She stood up slowly, staring at what she had done, she was a monster, a blood-sucking one at that
She turned, took one more glance at the antelope's body, and within a second she was gone, like the speed of light, one would have thought she disappeared
Austin entered the room and locked the door behind him, he had been acting weird lately, he hardly talked to anyone at school, he had been skipping classes, he was always alone even when he was at home, he rarely talked to his parents but today was different. This was not the regular depression, this was harder, he felt like he was going to split into multiple pieces, like his bones
were going to rip out of his body.
He has seen his hands painfully turn into Skeleton but he had always thought he was crazy and he was seeing illusions. He stopped going to his therapist because his therapist had also thought he was going crazy and has been stylishly referring him to the hospital, his
parents had been trying to persuade him to go back to therapy but he has been refusing.
He felt a strong pain in his brain and held his head tightly like he was trying to stop it from falling, he went down slowly and then let out a loud cry, he could feel his skin tearing, and his bones getting larger.
"Austin are you alright?!" he could hear his neighbor's daughter shouting, his cries had been loud enough for his neighbors to hear and
after sometimes the pain was gone but he knew he wasn't himself anymore, he could feel it.
He stood up slowly and faced the mirror and behold a huge skeleton form was what he was seeing, it looked like a monster's skeleton with, a large bony head. He slowly looked at his large hands and then his body, the monster he was looking at in the mirror was him, not an illusion, he wanted to scream but he couldn't let anyone come see him like that. He couldn't stand up straight, his head was already touching the ceiling, he was a skeleton monster!
He sat down slowly, shaking as he turned slowly from the mirror, his reflection was scaring him, who or what had made him like this?. he closed his eyes, "all this isn't real" he said to himself
