It made sense, for the greater the number of incoming polities, the weaker the average power level would be, and the more unwilling they were to wage an all-out war with the indigenous population.
And yet, two-thirds of them still proved to be stubborn, initiating conflicts upon arrival. The Martial Sages and Martial Masters of the world began growing busy as an increasing number of the latter began migrating to the Kandrian Empire just so that they could be useful.
They were rapidly deployed across the entire continent, facing all manners of invading convoys that thought they could get away with setting a colony.
They didn't realize how wrong they were.
