After making sure that no one was following us, we separated from Ed and went back toward the Silver Garden Academy. I had acquired the first piece needed for the solution that would eventually end up solving all the problems that I currently had, but I still had a long way to go.
The next day, I was sipping on some coffee while sitting in the cafeteria inside the academy as I waited for Akumi to show up. As I waited, I again noticed the stares of the other students fall on me.
It was only natural, after all. The rumors of me and Princess Rishia were still going around, and from the looks of it, they weren't going to die out any time soon.
There were a lot of people who wanted to come ask me about it directly—and a lot who did, in fact, inquire about the situation. Although all they got from me were denials of any sort of activity.
The official story I was pushing was that I didn't really know Rishia either and that we'd met each other once a long time ago, including my sister.
