After Duanmu Huai arrived in this world, the faction he hated most was undoubtedly the Fallen Angels.
According to the intelligence he had gathered, initially, angels and demons clashed, which was somewhat orthodox. To demons, Fallen Angels are a bunch of lunatics who want to annihilate every demon they see at any cost.
To angels, Fallen Angels are too extreme, often causing massive "collateral damage" in their efforts to destroy demons — which is unacceptable for angels.
So neither side likes the Fallen Angels, but these lunatics are annoyingly powerful — which makes sense. Surviving while being hated by both the angel and demon factions means the Fallen Angel faction must possess some serious skills.
