Chapter 15 - Overseas Plan

Neito woke up the next morning in his bed. The soft sunlight was coming through the window. He was surrounded by piles of presents from the party last night.

"Wow, how many presents did I get?" he mumbled, blinking his eyes as he looked around. He had been having so much fun at the party that he didn't notice how many gifts there were.

His body felt fine, but he didn't feel like getting up. The bed was just too comfy. He stretched out and sighed, enjoying the peace and quiet.

But then his thoughts wandered to the problem that had been bothering him. He couldn't remember much about his past. He didn't even know who he really was. But something had changed this morning. After copying the quirk High Spec yesterday, he felt different today.

He felt like his memories were sharper, more clear. He wasn't forgetting things like he used to. Faces, places, and feelings came rushing back to him, like pieces of a puzzle finally fitting together.

"That's it…" Neito whispered, excitement bubbling up inside him. High Spec had helped him remember things. If this quirk could help him remember his past and retain his memories, then maybe he didn't need to start training for One For All just yet.

He felt a wave of relief. He could wait until his memories were fully back before he focused on One For All.

Feeling better, he closed his eyes again. But then another thought popped into his head—the strange dream he'd had the night before, which he remembered clearly due to high spec.

In the dream, Neito had defeated Shigaraki. He had become UA's principal, just like he planned. Wealth, fame, and power were his, and he could enjoy all this forever—because he was immortal!

"Immortal…" Neito whispered, sitting up. He couldn't stop thinking about that feeling. Could immortality really be possible with quirks?

"I need to think about this," Neito said to himself. He rubbed his chin. "Maybe there is a way to live forever using quirks."

He already knew that his Copy quirk could copy other quirks. So maybe, if he combined the right ones, he could make immortality happen. There was Life Force, the quirk that could make people live longer, from Doctor Garaki. Maybe if he copied that and added One For All, which gets stronger over time, he could find a way to keep his body young forever.

"And I'll need Super Regeneration too," Neito muttered. Super Regeneration would let his body heal fast if he ever got hurt.

He kept thinking. Combining those quirks seemed like it could work, but then he had another idea.

"What about New Order?" Neito said, getting excited. New Order was a quirk that could change reality with just a word. Maybe he could use it to give himself immortality.

But then he stopped. How would I even get New Order?

The person who had New Order was Star and Stripe, a hero who lived overseas. Her quirk was powerful, and it wouldn't be easy to copy it without anyone knowing. Neito knew it would be risky, but he didn't give up easily. He could find a way.

Then he remembered something Nezu had told him. Nezu had said that once Neito was older, he could go overseas to study quirks. It was the perfect chance to learn about Star and Stripe and figure out how to copy her quirk.

"I need to talk to Nezu about when I should go overseas," Neito said to himself. He grabbed his phone and called Nezu.

A little while later, Neito was standing in front of Nezu's office. He knocked on the door and entered.

"Nezu, we need to talk about my trip overseas," Neito said.

Nezu looked up from his desk, watching Neito carefully. "You're thinking about New Order, right?"

Neito nodded. He wasn't surprised Nezu knew. "Yeah. I want to go overseas and learn about Star and Stripe's quirk. I need to study her schedule too, so I can copy her quirk secretly."

Nezu thought for a moment, then spoke slowly. "I think that's a good idea, but you're still young. You should wait until you're 15. You'll be stronger and more prepared by then."

Neito thought about it for a moment. "That makes sense."

Nezu smiled just a little. "I'll send you overseas when you turn 15. You'll stay for a year, until you're 16. During that time, you can learn everything about Star and Stripe and her quirk. We'll make sure you're ready before you go."

Neito grinned. "Thanks, Nezu! I'll be ready!"

Nezu's smile faded just a little, and he gave Neito a serious look. "Remember, Neito, this won't be easy. Star and Stripe is one of the strongest heroes. Her quirk is a national secret. You need to stay focused, and don't rush."

Neito nodded. "I will. I'll be careful."

With that, Neito left Nezu's office, feeling excited. He had ten years to get stronger and prepare. Once he turned 15, he would go overseas, study Star and Stripe, and figure out how to copy New Order.

Even though god-like powers might be out of his reach right now, Neito knew he would soon have a way to get them.
