Yue Ran was a sight to behold, simultaneously captivating and charming in her disheveled glory.
Silas narrowed his eyes and took the small wooden sculpture from her hand, saying, "Well, I really did not expect you to find it. In this case, I will give it to you."
The smile on Yue Ran's face immediately bloomed even more brilliantly. "Really?"
Silas chuckled. "Of course."
The man said this, but when he handed it back to her, his fingertips suddenly exerted force against the wooden figurine. With a click, the wooden carving broke into two pieces.
