Moli was considering whether this "Sir Emhart" book was like the novels had said, once having a wizard use dark witchcraft to seal the soul of a real Earl into it. Then, a giant frog needed to kiss the book to set the Knight free...
Well, that was probably a story about the Book Prince and the frog Princess.
But Fisher took a look at the book in front of him. Its cover, as if weathered by years yet without a single wrinkle, not a speck of dust, had a pair of anthropomorphic eyes that blinked but, alas, had no eyelashes, making it seem like a scene from a horror film in the pitch-black library.
"Are you a relic?"
Indeed, Fisher had deduced that the book in front of him was not actually a creature but a very finely crafted artifact.
