"Talking"
[ Sytem Prompt ]
——————————————————————————————————————
A Vale Airship hovered over Vale as it made its way slowly towards Beacon. Inside were students chatting with each other, while some were.
"Blewwwhh"
More or less suffering.
On the side stood Altair, Yang and Ruby. Yang was hugging Ruby with a big bright smile on her face, while Altair stood on the side with amusement clearly displayed on his expression.
"AWHHH! I can't believe my baby sis is going to Beacon with me. This is the best day ever!"
"Pleash stoph"
Ruby complained she lightly pushed Yang away. Yang took a step back. Her hand placed on her waist, the other over Altair, as she leaned against him.
"It's well deserved. Ruby is skilled enough for this. She stands to grow more with a environment like Beacon" Altair nodded, as he tapped Ruby's head, making her head recoil slightly with a small "ah".
"See! Even Altair thinks this is a good thing"
"Ughhh. Don't make a big deal out of it"
"Don't sell yourself short. I believe that everyone in Beacon will think you're the Bees Knees"
"...Nice one!" Yang paused in glee, before showig her appreciation for a good pun.
"I don't want to be any kind of knees ok!" Annoyed, Ruby shook her head. "I just want to be a normal girl with normal knees!"
With slight concern, Yang approached Ruby, putting her hand on her sister's shoulder.
"What's wrong with you sis? You're going to Beacon, your dream school! Isn't that exciting?!"
Ruby let out a sigh as she stepped back. Yang felt a hand on her shoulder from Altair, who lightly shook his head.
"It's just that... I've been moved up 2 years. I don't want anyone to think that I'm special."
"But you are special" Yang playfully punched her shoulder.
"Being moved up is just an acknowledgement of your potential and skills. Take as an honor, and strive to prove that moving you up was the correct decision"
"..."Ruby hesitated before nodding to herself. "Okay I'll try I guess"
"That's the spirit!" Yang beamed as pulled in Ruby into another crushing hug.
"Yang!!"
Altair separated the two before they got into a playful scuffle.

"...To provide with training to protect our world"
"Wohoo!"
"Yeah!"
Claps ?x
"Woowww"
Ruby looked out the window to see the reason for the commotion. Looking outside, the beautiful structures of Beacon came to view. With their unique architecture and imposing spikes, it was a sight of awe for students.
"Oh look!"
Ruby went closer to the window, followed by the couple. Outside, with their considerable height, they saw the city of Vale, and somehow the island of Patch, with Signal Academy standing tall.
"You can see Signal from here" Ruby smiled with nostalgia and melancholy. "I guess home isn't too far after all"
"Beacon's our home now" Yang said as she put her arms over Ruby and Altair.
"Hopefully so" Altair stared at the tower with a complicated gaze.
"ughhh...why....did it have...bleh...be by flying"
"UGH YANG YOU GOT PUKE ON YOUR SHOES"
"Gross gross gross gross"
"Calm down you're gonna splash it"

"So what do you think of my friends?"
"A little too open, but somewhat respectful"
"So/so?"
"Yes. I can tolerate but not really spend a lot of time with"
Yang and Altair chatted whilst they walked to the auditorium. Earlier they just hanged out with some of Yang's friends, but quickly broke off, opting to walk quietly tothe auditorium.
Yang winced as she tapped Altair.
"Yikes. Did they annoy you too much?"
Altair shook his head in denial.
"No. It's just that, they seem very spirited. I can handle your energy fine. But others? I don't have enough patience to deal with them"
"So basically—" Yang walked ahead and stopped in front of Altair. She turned to face him with a mischievous smile on her face "You're fine with me because you love me"
"..." Altair flicked her forehead, before walking ahaed of her.
"Ack!" Yang clutched her forehead. She then quickly ran and jumped behind Altair. She wrapped her arms around his neck, riding his back. "That hurt you know".
Altair cracked a grin, before supporting her legs, letting her piggyback off him. "It was suppose to do that".
"Ughh, you're lucky I really, really like you" Yang grumbled, resting her chin on his head.
"Yes yes"
Altair continued walking with Yang on his back, enjoying the sensations on his back and his hands, while she continued to make small talk, sometimes cracking some jokes that made him laugh.
The serene atmosphere between persisted, before a explosion rang out from somewhere, disturbing the two.
"An explosion in Beacon?"
"Must be some dust handled wrong"
"Must be. Now walk faster it's hot outside"
"Sure your highness"

Inside the highest point on Beacon, stood Ozpin, observing as students made their way to the auditorium.
"Glyda. How's the investigation on Mr. Abaddon?"
With a sip of his mug, Ozpin sat down, as Glynda approached the desk, frustration coating her expression.
"So far there are no discrepancies, his past records, and history don't have anything connecting him to "Her". In fact he shares a hometown with two other students."
She puts to student files on his desk
"Lie Ren, and Nora Valkyrie. Both from Oniyuri, a destroyed settlement from Anima. Considering their similar age, they may have a connection with each other. Other than that we'll have to wait for Qrow"
Ozpin read the files in front him with great interest.
"While it is reassuring and great to assume that he has no connection to Her, we shouldn't let our guard down, knowing Her, she might have disguised herself to evade our eyes"
Glynda showed alertness as she nodded in agreement with him.
"Of course, as long as we can't rule out the possibility of his origins, we shall continue investigating him. But for know it would seem that his only connections from the past remain with Lie Ren and Nora Valkyrie."
"Yes. But—" Ozpin looked at the scroll on his hand, showing the live surveillance fotage of Altair and Yang walking together "We may want to focus on his newer connection"
Glynda nodded
"I'll make sure to keep that in mind"
She then went to the elevator and down, leaving Ozpin by himself.
"Altair Weiss Abaddon. Has magic really returned with you? Or is this another one of Her machinations?"
He took another sip of his mug.
"I hope that when the time comes you'll have everything necessary to make the right choice"

A/N: For those wondering I'll be replacing Jaune with Ruby making Team RNVL (Carnival). Don't worry, Jaune is a man of potential, Ozpin will most likely train him (like how that went in Promised (Reluctant) Victory in Remnant)
