While their Majesty discussed Jasmine's love life, Lazuli and I remained silent and pretended not to exist; I quietly ate my food while Lazuli occasionally fed me as she refused to eat any food I didn't cook; however, after some time, Jasmine emerged from underneath the table, though her parents were too engrossed in their conversation to notice her.
"I-I'm sorry about them, Sir Alex." Said Jasmine softly with a deep blush as she looked at Alexander and Lazuli before lowering her head and sighing.
"Ah, it's okay, don't worry, I'm not the least bit bothered… Well, that description of me did make me a bit self-conscious, but other than that, I'm good." Replied Alexander quietly with a shake of his head as he playfully smirked before chuckling, causing Jasmine to shake your head.
"D-Don't be, Sir Alex; not only are you one of the most handsome men I've ever met, but your personality is by far the most beautiful of all." Stated Jasmine solemnly as she stared deeply into Alexander's eyes, causing him to faintly blush while smiling.
"Alex, you're blushing." Said Lazuli lightly with a faint smirk as she looked at Alexander, who gently shooed her away, causing her to chuckle.
"Excuse me for being so earnestly complimented; such a thing rarely happens." Muttered Alexander with a pout as he side-glanced Lazuli, who quietly chuckled while Jasmine watched in amusement.
"Thank you, Jasmine, and I must say I feel the same for you. You're immensely beautiful, but your kindness is what really shines the most about you." Said Alexander firmly as he looked at Jasmine, who smiled through a faint blush while averting her gaze.
"Of course, the same applies to my adorable Lazuli." Added Alexander with a quick shift as he looked at Lazuli before kissing her cheek, causing her to nod with a smile.
"I know… I like hearing you say it, though." Said Lazuli with a grin as she glanced at Alexander before proudly raising her head, causing him to roll his eyes while Jasmine chuckled.
"Haa, Father, Gothel! Can you two stop arguing in front of our guests!" Yelled Jasmine loudly in annoyance as she eyed Volkun and Gothel, causing them to stop their conversation before glancing at her, Alexander, and Lazuli.
"Oh dear, I had completely forgotten; how embarrassing." Muttered Gothel with a slight blush as she apologetically smiled and resumed eating while Volkun did the same.
"I enjoyed it." Said Alexander with a smirk as he raised a glass cup, causing Volkun to faintly smile while Jasmine rolled her eyes before gently hitting his arm.
"Anyway, Sir Alex, tell us about yourself. I'm interested in learning more about the man who saved my daughter." Said Volkun curiously as he gestured to Alexander while Gothel and even Jasmine enthusiastically nodded.
"Ah, if you insist, but I shall warn you, it's nothing special." Replied Alexander lightly as he cleared his throat while glancing between royalty before opening his mouth, recalling interesting events.

Unlike what happened with Master's family, I had Lazuli stop me whenever I spoke too much about Master or any of my lovers, as I tended to do that a lot; it's not like I did it on purpose; I just loved them and had a lot of great things to say about them. Though I'm pretty sure Lazuli took her sweet time to stop me when I was speaking about her, but I digress.
By the time I finished, only about thirty minutes had passed, which was a new record for me; usually, not even triple that would be enough to get through a single one of my lovers.
"So, you have one Wife, two lovers, and you're courting two women right now? Am I correct, Sir Alex?" Asked Volkun curiously as he looked at Alexander while Jasmine narrowed her eyes at him.
"I intend to marry Lazuli and my other lover once I return home, but where did you get the extra women from, Your Majesty?" Asked Alexander with a nod, only to furrow his brows in confusion, causing Volkun to quietly hum to himself.
Seeing how His Majesty didn't bother to elaborate, I didn't really press the matter; besides, I already realized who he was referring to her, and while I found her to be a fantastic woman, similar to Princess Amaryllis, I would be leaving to a different continent, and things just wouldn't work out.
"Well, this has been fun, but as the King, I can't stay absent from my duties for too long; I also have a lot of things to fix because of my obsession with getting Jasmine back. I made some bad calls in the past, so I will be rather busy." Said Volkun lightly as he stood up and removed his napkin before gently patting his stomach, only to sigh deeply in regret.
"I shall, unfortunately, be helping, as I agreed to some of his bad ideas." Said Gothel with a wry expression as she wiped her face while standing up before sighing.
Standing alongside Jasmine and Lazuli, we watched their Majesties exit the dining hall before we followed soon after, though we went in a different direction.
"Oh, Alex, would you mind if I gave you a tour around the city?" Asked Jasmine with a smile as she looked at Alexander, who sported a wry expression before softly shaking his head.
"I'm sorry, Jasmine, but I don't intend to stay for long. I haven't seen my wife and lover in nearly two months; I want to return home. I hoped to leave tomorrow." Remarked Alexander with an apologetic expression, causing Jasmine's enthusiasm to dissipate while she shook her head.
"Haa, I see. I-It's fine; I already know you wouldn't stay long; besides, I'm just being selfish. You already wasted a few days escorting me; I'm sure you'd already be on a ship back to the Mezcla Continent if it weren't for me." Muttered Jasmine softly as she lowered her head before sighing, only for her to faintly smile.
"Well, we can spend the remainder of today together, right? I know of a lot of fun things we can do." Asked Jasmine with a hopeful gaze as she looked at Alexander, who nodded with a smile.
"Of course, I'm not going anywhere today." Said Alexander with a faint smile, causing Jasmine's excitement to return as she grabbed his hand before glancing at Lazuli.
"Can I have him, Lazuli?" Asked Jasmine with a faint smile, causing Lazuli to smirk, only for her to suddenly blush.
"N-Not like that, I-I just meant, I-I mean, y-you know–" Added Jasmine nervously as she struggled to speak while Lazuli's smirk only grew.
"I like you far better than Vanye. Jasmine. When you become Alex's lover, I will happily accept you." Stated Lazuli with a lovely smile as she patted Jasmine's shoulder before turning around and walking away, leaving behind a twitching Alexander.
"L-Lover!? I-Is that what you told Lazuli, A-Alex?" Asked Jasmine in shock and disbelief as she stared at Lazuli's back before looking at Alexander, who shook his head.
"N-No, I didn't tell anyone." Said Alexander lightly as he glanced at Jasmine, who nodded with a faint blush, only for her to gulp.
"Y-You didn't tell anyone? T-That means you thought about it then, right?" Added Jasmine as she suspiciously looked at Alexander, who awkwardly averted his gaze, causing her to blush deeply.
I couldn't lie about this question as I hadn't thought about Jasmine being my lover only once; nope, quite a few times, actually.
"C'mon, let's go and enjoy those games you mentioned." Remarked Alexander as he dragged Jasmine, who enthusiastically followed, through the halls, heading to who knows where.

After hours of fun with Jasmine doing a whole bunch of random stuff, we eventually ended the day as it was past midnight, and she was getting tired; as for me, I was called to His Majesty's office shortly after I walked Jasmine to her room, so I didn't even get a chance of rest.
"Um, you summoned me, your Majesty?" Asked Alexander softly as he peaked his head into the room, only to see Volkun sitting at a desk, writing papers.
"Yes, I wished to ask you about your status." Said Volkun lightly as he set his pen down while looking at Alexander, who entered the room before sitting down.
"Status?" "Yes, your status… My daughter has a deep infatuation for you, and if I were to marry Jasmine off to you, hypothetically speaking, I'd need a good excuse for the many nobles that have been courting her." Remarked Alexander and Volkun, respectively, as the former tilted his head in confusion while the latter nodded with a deep gaze.
"Hypothetically speaking, if you were to do that, could you not just tell the nobles to shut up?" Asked Alexander curiously as he looked at Volkun, who raised an eyebrow before chuckling.
"Oh, you don't know how a Kingdom works, do you, Sir Alex?" Replied Volkun with an amused expression as he looked at Alexander, who shook his head.
"I'll keep it simple; three factions control and govern this Kingdom. Military, Royal, and Noble Faction. Most nobles who court Jasmine are in the royal faction, and if they find out I married my daughter off to a no-name, they will not take it kindly." Stated Volkun with furrowed brows as he looked at Alexander, who nodded before wryly smiling.
"Ouch." Muttered Alexander in mock pain while grabbing his heart.
