Bella Scott felt as if she saw Edward Anderson lying before her, unconsciously reaching out. In the instant before touching his high nose bridge, she came to her senses and quickly left the bedroom.
On the balcony, her heart was still racing uncontrollably.
She was going crazy. How could she have such a heart-pounding feeling? She was sure she only had these feelings for Edward Anderson, but what just happened?
