Enna Clark groggily reached out her hand and realized the space next to her was empty, prompting her to open her eyes. The person next to her was gone.
She woke up instantly and sat up.
Only then did she notice that it was already dark outside.
She got out of bed and walked out of the bedroom. Opening the door, she saw a man holding a video conference in the living room.
"I don't want to hear excuses, I just want results! Three days, I'll give you three days at most to show me results!"
"If the results aren't what I want, pack your things and get out, all of you!"
"I hired you to solve problems for me, not to spend money for you to watch me solve your problems!"
"Anyone have any questions now?"
Such a blunt and forceful tone, it was really overbearing.
