This is instinctive, impossible to change.
Ryan Gregory looked at her gently, a smile playing on his lips. "Follow your heart. As long as you think it's the right thing to do."
"Does that mean you're supporting me?"
"Yes."
His casual "yes" gave Sofia Hamilton immense motivation.
It was like waves of warmth, spreading across her entire body.
It made her feel that she wasn't fighting alone.
Sofia curved her lips into a smile.
"Thank you."
She knew that no matter what she did, he would always support her.
And for her, having his support was enough.
In this world, anyone could deny her.
But as long as he gave her one affirmative glance, she felt filled with the strength to fight.
She couldn't even explain why his support mattered to her so much.
With a smile, her mood lightened instantly, as if she suddenly had a clearer direction for what she needed to do next.
The two of them chatted for quite a while until Nathan Morgan arrived, and only then did Ryan leave.
