It was no different this time.
It was entirely an instinctive reaction of kinship. He hadn't even had time to think or feel fear.
"You think you can stop me?!"
Lillian yanked Gepard over and aimed at Perry once again.
"Run!"
Gepard screamed out loud.
Bang!
The door was kicked open, slamming heavily against the door frame.
Lillian was taken aback and, in a panic, picked up Gepard and pressed the gun to his temple.
She had just taken aim when a plastic crossbow bolt was shot towards her, hitting her left eye.
"Let go of my brother!"
Perry shouted angrily, his small face stern as he gripped the toy crossbow.
"Ivana!"
Ivana Bennett kicked the door open; upon seeing the scene, she screamed in panic, lunged forward, jumped onto the bed, and pulled Perry into her arms.
Immediately following, two security guards rushed in.
Seeing this, they all pointed their guns at Lillian.
