The Thousand Peril Mountains span tens of thousands of miles.
There are more than one towering peak among them.
They seem to stand scattered everywhere, but there is a faint pattern to them.
The lower the mountain, the lower the grade of mineral deposits within, and the more numerous the low-order exotic beasts, each winning by sheer numbers.
The higher the mountain, the higher the grade of the mineral deposits!
Not only that, but the order of the beasts guarding the mountain is also higher, almost perfectly corresponding.
The difference is that, as the grade of the mineral deposits and beasts increases, the number decreases.
For instance, there are over ten thousand of the First Order, often thousands at the Second Order, and the Third Order mountains have numbers between hundreds.
But when it comes to Fourth Order mountains, the number of beasts sharply reduces to just a few, possibly only one or two beasts guarding them.
