As the Avengers exclaimed in surprise, everyone instinctively turned to look at Moon Knight. When they saw him sitting up, gasping for air, they were all taken aback.
"He's not dead?! Damn it! Why isn't he dead? Ugh! Ah!!!" The vampires and werewolves quickly began shouting in rage. During the time from Moon Knight's death to his resurrection, many more vampires and werewolves had fallen to the Avengers. While this reduced the number of hateful gazes on Moon Knight, the hatred itself was undiminished.
"Not dead? No! I can't accept this..." Marius, whose consciousness was already fading, heard the angry voices of the vampires and werewolves. Even without opening his eyes, he realized what had happened. His heart filled with unwillingness, and his consciousness cleared a bit.
Unfortunately, this clarity couldn't help Marius recover. Despite werewolves' tenacious vitality, Marius had been nearly drained dry by the Crescent Dart and had no means of recovery.
Thus, with a deep sense of resentment, Marius's consciousness struggled for a while before finally dissipating. However, his resentment lingered in his corpse, not fading away...
Meanwhile, the vampire lord also heard the news that Moon Knight was not dead. But by this time, the vampire lord had already exhausted his strength. His power was waning, indicating that his recent abilities came at a significant cost. If he had been fighting Mobius, this strength might have sufficed to severely injure Mobius's core power, if not kill him.
But unfortunately, he wasn't fighting Mobius. He was up against the Martian Manhunter. Moreover, the vampire lord lacked fire abilities; otherwise, he might have had a chance even against a stronger opponent like the Martian Manhunter.

No one knew how long the battle had raged when the last few vampires, faces full of resentment, fell lifelessly to the ground. Not a single werewolf was left; they had all been killed.
After Moon Knight's resurrection, his Crescent Dart had drained the remaining blood and power from Marius's corpse and helped the Avengers in hunting down the werewolves. Seeing this, the Avengers frowned but did not stop him. They were more interested in Moon Knight's apparent resurrection and allowed him to deal with the werewolves while they focused on the vampires.
Thus, through combined efforts, only the vampire lord remained. All other vampires and werewolves were dead.
"What heavy resentment!" The Avengers didn't notice the environmental changes, but the Martian Manhunter, who was battling the vampire lord, did. He frowned, preparing to quickly kill the vampire lord to avoid further complications.
"Dead... all dead. I never thought we'd end up like this..." Unexpectedly, just as the Martian Manhunter was about to strike a killing blow, the vampire lord froze in place, muttering resentful words, showing no intention of dodging.
"No time to waste!" The Martian Manhunter sensed something was amiss but knew delaying would only cause more problems. He decisively gathered his power and struck the vampire lord.
"Thud!" The Martian Manhunter's heat vision ignited the vampire lord, turning him to charred remains that fell lifelessly to the ground.
"It's over." The Avengers sighed in relief. This battle had been harder than previous ones, with more enemies and even some injuries among the Avengers.
Not only was Mobius wounded by the vampire lord's last-ditch efforts, but even other Avengers sustained minor injuries despite their anti-vampire and anti-werewolf measures.
However, these injuries were not serious and would heal with a few days of rest. Mobius, though, needed more recovery time. Without the Martian Manhunter's intervention, Mobius would have been in a much worse state, his core power severely damaged.
"How should we address you?" After the battle, Tony Stark approached Moon Knight. "The Avengers are currently dealing with vampires, and it seems these vampires and werewolves are acting together. Perhaps we can collaborate?"
Tony didn't immediately question Moon Knight's resurrection ability, recognizing it as a significant secret.
"Just call me Moon Knight..." Moon Knight hesitated before replying. "I'm targeting werewolves from Europe. Aren't you Avengers focused on American vampires?"
"No, all vampires are the same, and you're here fighting European werewolves in America," Tony countered with a smile.
"They were sent from Europe to investigate the previous werewolf and vampire deaths. I just happened to encounter them. Now they're dead, making it harder to find their base in Europe..." Moon Knight admitted.
When assassinating werewolves, Moon Knight learned their purpose. He followed them back to America, losing his next target in the process. Initially, he planned to capture a vampire to interrogate for their base's location, but the intense battle prevented that.
"Well, they now know who hunted them last time. They've reunited with their fallen comrades," Blade remarked, laughing.
"Buzz!" Suddenly, the entire base trembled as if an invisible wind swept through.
"Huh? What's this chill and sense of danger?" Peter Parker shivered, his spider sense warning him of imminent danger.
"Be careful! Something's off!" Peter Parker shouted, trusting his spider sense, which always signaled serious threats.
"What's going on?" The other Avengers looked around, confused by Peter's warning since all the vampires and werewolves were dead.
"Jarvis, scan the area!" Tony Stark ordered quickly.
"Sir, there are no other life forms present..." Jarvis's reply made Tony frown in doubt.
"Peter, are you sure you sense danger?" Tony asked, scanning their surroundings.
"The danger hasn't lessened. If anything, it's growing stronger," Peter Parker replied, his spider sense intensifying.
"He's right! Something's wrong!" The Martian Manhunter, sharp-eyed, observed, "These vampires and werewolves' resentment is causing an unusual reaction. The real fight might just be starting!"
"What?!" The Avengers exclaimed, looking around warily, but saw only the corpses of their enemies.
"Should I burn these bodies?" Johnny Storm hesitantly suggested, raising a hand already ignited with flame.
"You!" The Martian Manhunter felt a chill, his power waning as Johnny began burning the corpses, turning the base into an inferno.
"You okay?" Peter Parker, with Venom hidden in his body, moved the Martian Manhunter away from the flames.
"I'm fine, but I can't sense anything unusual now. Do you still feel danger?" the Martian Manhunter asked, sighing.
"The danger remains, and it seems centered in the fire. Before, surrounded by corpses, I couldn't pinpoint the source. Now, it's clear it's the bodies!" Peter Parker explained.
"Then why hasn't the danger lessened after burning them?" Johnny Storm called out, puzzled.
"Look at the fire. Are the bodies burning as they should with your flame's temperature?" Tony Stark noticed the persistent black smoke, feeling uneasy.
"Good! Very good! So you're the ones who killed our companions before! You deserve to die!" A voice filled with madness and rage echoed, not just one voice but hundreds speaking as one.
"Did you just resurrect, and now these werewolves and vampires are summoning vengeful spirits?" Johnny Storm asked Moon Knight hesitantly.
"Who knows!" Moon Knight replied grimly, looking at the black smoke. "But this doesn't look easy to deal with..."
At the same time, in a secret chamber at the European werewolf and vampire stronghold, an ancestor who had previously subdued Marcus and William suddenly opened his eyes, looking toward America. "What? Dimensional power converging? How is this possible? What's happening over there?"
