Li Zhiyan held Rao Shiyun tightly.
Feeling her warmth, he murmured, "Auntie Rao, aren't we working extra hard?"
"Actually, I'm pretty honest," he added.
Rao Shiyun was utterly helpless when it came to Li Zhiyan.
"Auntie Rao, you should put on the black stockings," he said.
Upon hearing his suggestion, she sighed in resignation.
"Xiao Yan, can we take a break, please?"
Holding his hand, Rao Shiyun felt a little tired.
"Then rest for two hours. I'll wake you up later," he instructed softly.
"But…" he paused.
"You should still put on those black stockings first," he persisted.
Rao Shiyun let out a soft hum, delicately putting on the stockings.
She then turned off the light.
Embracing Li Zhiyan tightly, she slowly drifted to sleep.
At around four in the morning, Rao Shiyun felt Li Zhiyan gently kiss her forehead.
She lightly pinched his cheek.
"Auntie Rao, you're awake!"
