"What! An assassin from the Secret Party!"
The foreman stormed out of the office, his face flushed with anger, his hair standing on end, the tentacles hidden in his beard flaring out. He yanked the pocket watch from around his neck, raised it high, and shouted angrily,
"Demon-Sealing Curse!"
With a whoosh, the flames on the construction site vanished instantly. The hands of the pocket watch spun rapidly, absorbing all the mana from the blood fire. On the scorched, burning ground, a blood-red female humanoid was revealed.
Elena looked towards the now-revealed octopus-headed foreman, swung her hand, and flicked her wrist,
"Sicarius!"
A blood-red dagger flashed, instantly slicing the octopus head off its neck.
"Gah—Gagaga Zha Zha!"
An enraged Lizardman Elder suddenly appeared, raising a golden spear. It emitted a dazzling brilliance, sweeping across and striking Elena, obliterating half of her blood body into ashes, while the other half burned fiercely.
"Fūsilia!"
