Li Pan watched as Twilight took the elevator to leave the company, then returned to his office where 01 and the legal counsel were still waiting for him.
"Turn off the lights," said 01.
Great, about to get scolded...
Li Pan turned off the lights in the conference room, and the legal counsel spoke up.
"You touched her."
"I didn't..." Li Pan protested.
"Did you shake hands with her?" asked the legal counsel.
"Uh..." Li Pan hesitated.
"Fuck! You still need me to spell it out? Just don't touch her, you hear? Don't touch her!"
The legal counsel threw down his pen, switched off the lights, and left the conference room.
Li Pan swallowed hard and looked at 01.
"Is he mad?"
The general manager, 01, tapped the table,
"Are you thinking of jumping ship? If you want to resign, now's the time."
Li Pan looked at the box in his hand and shook his head,
"Forget it, I guess I'm still not ready to let go."
