Hours passed and Cheng Xiao, Shen Mu and Xu Kai walked around in the mall from store to store without taking anything. Shen Mu at this point she was tired, but she only had herself to blame.
"Cheng Xiao, I understand that you want to punish your husband, but I am not him, why are you punishing me as well?" Shen Mu whined in a whisper.
"He is not my husband!" Cheng Xiao retorted back.
"I get that, but please can we stop for a while?" Shen Mu asked feeling her legs about to give up.
"Should we sit for a while?" Xu Kai's voice came from behind, making them jump in shock.
"Your friend looks tired, maybe you should a rest." Xu Kai added and Cheng Xiao casted him a glance as if to tell him to shut up.
"No one asked you. She's fine." Cheng Xiao retorted back.
"Xiao, Xiao!" Shen Mu called out to Cheng Xiao.
"Shen Mu, please hold on a little longer, I cannot lose to him now." Cheng Xiao pleaded in a whisper.
"But I am tired!" Shen Mu tried.
"A little longer, look let's head into that store." Cheng Xiao and took Shen Mu's hand and let her to the store she pointed at.
Xu Kai followed behind the two women, gathering attention of all the women in the mall. His appearance was out of this world and when the other women saw that he was following behind Cheng Xiao and Shen Mu, they sighed in envy.
After all who would not want to be accompanied by a handsome man. Cheng Xiao saw he looks they were getting since they entered the store; she turned around and saw that they were all staring at Xu Kai.
She slapped her forehead at her stupidity. In the plan of frustrating him she forgot who he was, and if he got recognized by people and they saw her as well what was she to do then.
"It seems like all the women in the store have fallen head over heels with your husband." Shen Mu pointed at the women and to where Xu Kai sat waiting for them.
"Are you done, did you pick what you like?" Xu Kai turned his head and asked Cheng Xiao.
All the women turned to look at the two and Cheng Xiao swore under her breath. She rushed off and ran to take a mask and a hat and dragged Shen Mu out of the store. She stuffed the mask and hat into his hand and h looked at her in confusion.
"Wear them!" Was all she said.
"Are you jealous that other women are looking at me?" Xu Kai teased.
