The old butler lowered his head and reported in a rushing tone. "My apologies, Duke. However, we have just gotten the letter from Her Highness Flora. The rescue attempt was successful. Right now, Count Ashton was—"
Before he even finished the report, both Duke Coline and his son rushed past the old butler as if they were trying to be faster than the other.
The butler smiled wryly, expecting this reaction. After all, for Duke Coline, Luke Ashton was like his own son. For the patriarch, he was like a brother.
After 12 years, that seal was finally broken, so it was no wonder they were rushing.
"Their location is in the new city. Go north after reaching Quivell City."
