Standing close to 10 feet away was Justin covered in armor that looked like it was made of ice. It was armor that he created with his powers. It had a faint white smoke coming from it. In reality, it was the cold radiating from his armor. This was the sight Elizabeth saw when she looked to see where the Ice-sickle came from.
He was already forming another ice sickle in his hand pointed straight at the water user. It shot from his hand and landed directly into the water user's right eye. Going straight through the eye socket and slightly pushing out of the other side of his skull. Blood started running down from the eye socket be the water user fell to the ground lifelessly.
Justin lunged toward Vincent and Elizabeth. When his feet landed on the ground an ice path was formed and with his momentum, he slid over to them with great speed. When he was close to them he created an ice wall behind Vincent and Elizabeth, trying to protect them by giving them a place to take cover.
