"Your attacks have ended, so...now it's my turn."
Bochang shattered the ground beneath their feet and swiftly charged towards Jingliu.
The fiery spear clashed repeatedly with the icy sword, emitting explosive sounds that distorted the surrounding air.
As they passionately exchanged blows, nearby walls and buildings suffered from the aftershocks, crumbling one after another.
Their battle proved more efficient than any demolition crew.
Fortunately, within a radius of a hundred meters, Bochang's skill—Barriers of Earth—contained the conflict, preventing it from affecting the outside world.
When Bochang and Jingliu began their fight, the other immortals onboard quickly fled.
The Barriers of Earth skill allowed Bochang to selectively target enemies, ensuring...
that only innocent bystanders within this hundred-meter radius remained affected.
They had already departed.
Now, Bochang and Jingliu could engage fearlessly in battle.
Luocha didn't intervene but observed briefly before turning his attention to study the faintly red spherical barrier imprisoning them.
The fight lasted less than a minute.
Bochang swiftly gained the upper hand over Jingliu, even without exerting his full strength.
If he were to remove his clothes and activate the 'In a Hurry' skill,
defeating Jingliu would be virtually guaranteed.
However...
the 'In a Hurry' skill can only be used once per day, so Bochang needed to seize the right moment.
Ideally, it would be best to simultaneously control both Luocha and Jingliu.
Currently, the greatest threat wasn't Jingliu, but rather Luocha.
After careful examination, Luocha realized that the pale-red confinement was impenetrable; not even the sky above or the ground beneath offered escape. He then turned back and said, "Mister Bochang, why go to such extremes?"
"Although you also carry the scent of Abundance, I...know we aren't enemies. Perhaps we should each take a step back..." Luocha observed the continuously clashing figures.
[Dating Options activated.]

"What rewards? I don't want any enigmatic gifts; Luocha... touching me?"
Without hesitation, Bochang chose Option 2 and declared, "If you want to leave, defeat me first!"
[Reward being granted - Congratulations! You have obtained the skill 'Drunken Noble Son'. When drinking alcohol, all your physical attributes will be enhanced, with a maximum increase of up to two times. Note: The more you drink, the greater the enhancement.]
[Note 2: Please avoid drinking to unconsciousness.]
Seeing the description for Drunken Noble Son, Bochang suddenly recalled another skill that had appeared not long ago...
Tippler.
This combination with Tippler was truly perfect.
One allowed maintaining clarity and control even while intoxicated,
The other boosted all physical attributes through drinking.
Together, they could make one incredibly formidable.
Unfortunately...
Back then, Bochang had chosen the Mahjong Saint and pursued playing mahjong instead of becoming a Tippler.
"If you insist on this path, I'll have no choice but to intervene."
Seeing the situation escalate, Luocha drew his longsword. Unlike Jingliu's blade, his appeared even more slender and elongated, resembling not so much a sword as a thin, pointed dart.
Unfazed, Bochang declared, "Then let's begin!"
However, Jingliu seemed displeased. She took two steps back, leaped gracefully into the air, and spun effortlessly before landing elegantly atop a mostly collapsed wall.
"Luocha, this is my battle; your assistance isn't needed," she stated firmly.
"We don't have time to waste, Jingliu." Luocha stepped forward, his voice calm. "We must end this swiftly. Afterward...there are other matters to attend to. Don't forget why we're here."
Only now, after battling for some time, did Bochang learn their names:
Jingliu...
A moment of contemplation passed.
Standing high above, Jingliu turned toward Bochang and declared, "I will defeat him."
The corner of Luocha's mouth twitched slightly.
Taking a deep breath, Bochang unleashed Fire Lotus Blossoms.
A wave of scorching heat surged like tongues of flame.
Countless mesmerizing red lotuses charged relentlessly towards Jingliu, their beauty belied by lethal intent.
Jingliu's expression shifted as she leaped into the air and swiftly struck with her sword multiple times.
Frosty sword qi, resembling waning crescent moons, descended from above to collide with the fiery tongues, creating a deadlock between the elements.
"So strong... She can directly resist Fire Lotus Blossoms."
"Jingliu's power is nearly on par with an Emanator."
Bochang marveled internally.
Just from this exchange, it was clear that Jingliu surpassed Blade significantly in strength.
Luocha didn't remain idle either. Without waiting for Jingliu's consent, he intervened, slamming his coffin forward. Countless thorny green vines burst forth, racing towards Bochang.
"The departed... shall return!" Luocha's voice turned icy cold.
In response, Bochang swiftly raised his hand and unleashed a Dragon Blast.
Jingliu soared through the air, her sword gleaming with a chilling aura.
Bochang jumped backward, narrowly evading Jingliu's strike.
Jingliu evaded Bochang's sword strike effortlessly, her movements akin to a graceful dance. With a swift spin, she lightly swept her longsword across the ground, unleashing icy sword qi that tore through the earth, heading straight for Bochang.
Even Dragon Blast couldn't halt Luocha's assault.
The thorny green vines continued unabated.
Above Bochang, a massive spectral coffin emerged, exerting immense pressure from above.
As if doused with cold water, the flames engulfing Bochang instantly extinguished, significantly weakening his strength.
This reminded Bochang of the Silver Wolf who had previously imposed vulnerabilities on him. Luocha's power shared a similar effect, albeit targeting and dispelling buffs within others.
Now, Bochang could no longer utilize even the first-rated power of the Dragon Talisman.
He also found himself unable to enchant the Vow Spear with the strength of his Destruction fate path.
If combat power were displayed numerically,
Bochang's would undoubtedly have dropped considerably.
"Phew... Thankfully, the system's buff skills aren't affected. Despite Luocha's powers being incredibly potent, they can't interfere with the system."
"Assassin of Older Sisters" and "Messenger of Justice," both these skills remained fully operational.
Knowing this, Bochang felt reassured.
As his thoughts raced...
Two attacks had already reached him: a green vine and icy sword qi tearing through the earth.
Unfazed, Bochang activated the Dragon Talisman's third-rated power, causing a magnificent pillar of flames to erupt beneath his feet. With remarkable speed, he evaded the assaults, akin to teleportation.
The green vine collided with the icy sword qi, creating a massive gust that instantly leveled all structures within a hundred-meter radius.
However...
The pale red confinement persisted.
Once Barriers of Earth was deployed, unless Bochang himself deactivated it, it was challenging for others to disrupt.
Luocha frowned slightly; being trapped here was far from ideal for him.
