"Please spare Grand Duke Bastian," I said. I saw Eryx smiled at me. Maybe he know what I'm thinking.
"He's clearly a traitor, Lady Valeraine. He should die." One of the minister said.
"It's funny how everyone protecting him earlier and now wanted him to die." Eryx started. "However, today is Lady Valeraine Lotus ceremony. I'm going to give her the power to decide what she will do to Grand Duke."
"She have no rights to decide, Your Majesty." Prince Harioth protested. "She maybe famous for having a familiar beside her and a clan behind her name. We don't know if the lotus will find her worth of ruling."
