"Tell me," Alice's voice was low but cold, sending terror to their hearts. "Why is this person here?"
Her aura raged as her emotions were unstable.
"Don't ask me stupid questions and give it back. It's none of your business." Philip stubbornly said and took a step towards her.
"None of my business?" Her face contorted as she yelled at him. "How is this none of my business?! This person... This person..." Her hands trembled, looking at the picture once more.
Even she didn't have a picture of her anymore. But how could she forget this face?
How could she forget the woman who pushed her aside to save her from the monsters that had suddenly appeared and got swallowed whole in her place?
How could she... Forget the face of her mother?
From her hand to her entire body, she trembled.
