Upon hearing the alarm, Ye Fan awoke with a start and burrowed out of the army tent. His tiger-like eyes narrowed as he quickly swept the surroundings. By the starlight, he immediately discovered pairs of glowing green eyes lurking in the wild grass about twenty to thirty meters away.
