The members of Yokai Dojo said, wanted to high-five him, but Ren just nodded and avoided those high-fives.
He didn't want to accidentally hurt himself while high-fiving with them!
They all just wryly smiled and gave him a nod of approval instead.
"Good job. I haven't seen anyone win a fight without throwing a punch before."
Kiernan said.
"Haha—he should've kept his eyes on the surroundings."
Ren said with a wry smile and sat back down on the bench.
All the running didn't really seem to affect him much, and he looked like he could've kept running for another hour or two.
With the gold coin in hand, the temple priest took his usual spot at the center of the battle sand, and the two masters immediately walked over to him.
"Tails."
Master Raju said with a cold tone.
The temple priest tossed the coin high into the air, caught it, and looked at which side it landed on.
"It is tails—Master Arakawa will choose his fighter first."
He said.
