Kael comes back from his flashback and shakes his head in thought, "If this thing touches the stove, I'm kicking it!" he resolves himself.
"Taming doesn't sound bad," Nytri speaks, "Besides, it's kinda cute too!" She rubs its head. The tiger feels warmth from Nytri's touch. It starts seeing Nytri as its saving angel and purrs. Nytri looks at Kael, "So how do I tame it? Strap a collar around its neck or what?"
"There's a spell for taming monsters," Kael speaks, "I think you should just make 1 up and use it. It's just making runes and choosing it as servant." Lilia pouts and puts the knives away, Eryndor is teary but Kaida brings back a huge gorilla. The gorilla used to challenge the tiger for dominance but never fought it. The tiger watches as its self-proclaimed rival is barbecued just outside the cave.
"Thank the gods for having my back," The tiger's thoughts in relief, "I won't become food but a pet. It's embarrassing but I believe I can escape. After all, this great one (Kael) won't always watch me. I will leave when the human cub sleeps.
Lilia observes the tiger deeply and scowls, she inches closer to the tiger in thought. "Does this tiger possess intelligence?"
Lilia humph speaking, "I say we kill it, it's going to be a hassle to train it." She looks at the tigers eyes.
"WHYYYY!!!" The tiger cries in its heart.
"You think so?" Nytri asks.
The tiger looks up at Nytri in thought, "Little angel, don't mind her! Don't let the demon deceive you into doing something so abominable...eating me!!!*Sobs*"
Lilia grins at the tiger, "If it can do tricks then I'll support."
Nytri jumps down from the tiger's head, "Tricks like?"
Lilia walks before the tiger and stretches her hand, "Shaking my hand." She grins eerily.
The tiger whimpers and it's thought, "It feels like shaking hands with a demon!" it reluctantly shakes Lilia's hand surprising everyone. Kael only assume the tiger to act on instincts just like everyone else.
Lilie smiles warmly making the tiger drop its jaw, "How about standing on 1 foot." Lilia speaks. The tiger blinks its eyes looking at Lilia, it quickly like a flash stands on one foot and spreads its hands making a pose. The tiger's thoughts, "ANYTHING TO LIVE!!!!"
Nytri's eyes open wide with lights and a bright smile, "SO SMART!" she hugs the tiger, "I want to keep it!" The tiger smirks then it looks at Lilia, Lilia is walking out of the cave and smiles looking back at the tiger.
"Did she just help me?" The tiger's thoughts. Kaida speaks from outside, "How about dancing?" The tiger feels its heart ache at those words. Lilia waves her hand and tells Kaida not to worry because there're more chances. The tiger starts having doubts.
"How about it roars at Nytri?" Eryndor speaks. The tiger sucks in air and makes eye contact with Kael….it roars into its stomach.
Nytri notices the sound from the tiger's stomach, "Huh, must be hungry." She waves her hand and the tiger lies down. Nytri starts drawing runes in the air, "Rune circle….Condition….Pet…..link to me…." She makes 8 layers of runes, "Aaand done!" the runes break/activates.
"Good," The tiger's thoughts, "I've been accepted. Once they let their guard down, I'll run and never look back. I can easily overpower this little gir-" The tiger turns pale….
During the process of taming a monster, the master must assert his dominance to the monster. Meaning, the master must show his full power to the monster or open his heart to the monster. This can either create a relationship of control or trust depending on the option the master takes.
Both parties share memories so they can understand each other better. The memories are randomized but it mostly shows both parties the strengths of the other.
At this moment, the tiger saw Nytri for what she really is. In the tiger's vision, Nytri who was an angel is now....covering the sky with her face alone and looking down at the microbe tiger. During theses ceremonies, the master must lay his hand on the monsters head and the monster must bow to accept the master.
"There's no way I can survive her hand lying on my head….." the tiger's thoughts, "JUST WHAT KIND OF MONSTERS ARE YOU PEOPLE!!!!!!!" At this moment, all hope of freedom vanished like a puff of smoke. "Forget escaping! I DON'T EVEN COUNT AS A BUG IN HER EYES!"
Anyway, Nytri messed up the taming ceremony so the tiger only got Nytri's energy but still had its freedom. But after seeing Nytri's true power, no sane person would dare try anything funny.
The tiger feels a tsunami sized energy fall on it pushing it down, it tries to stand on its feet but wobbly. It looks at Nytri, "T…T….To much!" *ROOOAAARRR* It roars so loud it spreads to Harrington's house and startles him.
The tiger feels it's bones breaks and reform with each passing second, its body feels like every cell is becoming giant. Its claws sharpen that it can cut space, its eyes change from red to purple just like Nytri's Mist. The tattoos on its body start to vanish and it feels a strong headache. The tiger drops about to fall but Nytri opens her hand and its head falls in her hand.
Nytri looked worried at first but when she saw her EP crystalizing into the tiger's body, she was relieved. The tiger stares into Nytri's eyes and feels the emotions in her heart. The pain it was feeling starts to dissipate slowly.
The tiger looks into Nytri's eyes and its thoughts, "So warm." It closes its eyes and the pain vanishes. Its body is still changing but the pain is gone, it feels a warm embrace from Nytri's eyes. The tiger closes its eyes putting all its hope and trust in Nytri, it has never felt this way before.
The tip of the tigers fur starts turning violet from Nytri's hand below it's head. Its stripes becomes black like Nytri's hair. Suddenly, its hair starts to soften and smoothens as if combed. Nytri moves closer and hugs the tiger and it hugs her back and falls into a deep sleep.
The tiger slowly opens its eyes and sees its head on Nytri's lap, Kael and the others seem to be playing a board game by the lake. They roll a dice, Eryndor raises his hands in triumph and Kael's shoulders slumps down.
"Master?" The tiger's thought looking up at Nytri.
Nytri notices the tiger's move and looks down at it smiling, "You're awake now, that's good." The tiger sniffs Nytri's sent and feels a warm sensation in his heart, it relaxes more. "I think I'll call you Kitt." Nytri speaks, "I hope you like it."
The tiger looks up at Nytri and smiles at her. His thoughts, "Kitt huh, I like that."
Nytri pets the tiger and it purrs, her eyes glows and she uses APPRAISAL. A purple screen appears before Nytri
