"This sounds more like a fantasy to me," Kent smirked. The underworld, where the soul travels, is not a place one could easily escape or refuse to go.
The moment you die, your soul will be ferried to that place. So, for Chaos to say his soul never went to that place, there has to be a reason.
Kent didn't really expect the conversation to reach this stage, but he had to know, and from Chaos's expression, it was clear he wanted to tell him because what he had to say was something Kent must understand early on in his journey to the top.
