"Maru, could you stop jumping? It's making me dizzy..."
Leon helplessly watched the petite figure jumping around ahead and covered his forehead in exasperation.
"Hey, jump! Slash! Jump! Slash!"
Maru laughed happily as she leaped into the air, the mercenary dual blades in her hands fluttering like butterflies, swiftly dispatching the Crow Man in front of her.
Before dying, the Crow Man exhibited a strange phenomenon; the wound suddenly gushed blood everywhere, covering Maru completely.
Completely drenched in blood, she laughed loudly and continued to leap and slash other Crow Men, whose dying screams eerily resembled those from the Yarn film set.
"I think Maru's mental state is concerning." Tal worriedly shook Drew's shoulder: "Why don't you try using a calming technique on her?"
Drew looked at his own short legs, his mouth twitching as he said:
"I can't catch up."
When Maru first held the Mercenary Dual Blades, two methods of use appeared in her mind.
