"We have been walking for a while now," Kain exclaimed, turning around briskly to address the crowd.
"And look, not a single Siren in sight."
At these words, he shot a glance at Anna who was still far behind, chewing on a chunk of fruit that Asgard provided for her. She looked away upon meeting his gaze because deep down, she knew that she wasn't wrong.
In fact, she is more worried now, than she had been initially. This is because they had walked to the point where she had seen the Sirens earlier, causing her to question,
"Where on earth are they?"
"The Sirens, my lady?" Asgard whispered back.
"I'm worried that we are surrounded by them and they are waiting for the right time to strike."
"We will fight them off, just like the last time...
Even before he could finish speaking, Anna cut him off.
"This is different," she said,
"They are different from the normal Sirens."
"Level 3," Asgard uttered, and Anna's eyes widened in shock.
"You know about it?"
