Nana Ross was feeling awkward when a female classmate beside her suddenly exclaimed exaggeratedly,
"Adam Willow!"
The displeasure in Nana Ross's heart instantly vanished. She turned around with a smile to greet him, but her smile faltered halfway when she saw the woman standing next to Adam Willow.
"Why did he come, and why did he bring Sophie Parker?"
Evelyn Hanson gritted her teeth in anger. Before coming, she had confirmed with Nana Ross that Adam Willow was too busy to attend, which is why she dared to bring Emily to clarify.
Looking at the two of them now, she realized she had been deceived by Nana Ross.
Adam Willow was also a bit surprised, not expecting Emily Parker to attend the reunion; she never came before, nor did he participate.
His gaze swept over the crowd and paused briefly on Emily Parker.
Sophie Parker glanced at Emily Parker beside her. This morning, Adam Willow hadn't mentioned the reunion and hadn't said Emily would be there.
