(Camelia begins her explanations of how mana or chi works in normal ways in other living beings and how it's get differentiated when compared to how Alex is going to use it in future for better efficiency and attack force to tackle his enemies.)
Listen boy! 'Magic & Mana' if I put it in best simple way for you to understand that what relations they share with each other, then...they are the complementary of each other in one way, like: - Vehicle and fuel. Like any vehicle with how much modifications, need some type of fuel to work properly, mana is that exact fuel for magic, works to make any spell casting or unnatural magical skills or abilities, to be implemented and make in effect practically.Â
And strictly speaking, in individual numbers mana or chi which you humankind normally say, in any normal living creature presents in a limited quantity only and how much a user can release his/her magical output in any sort of work, at a time is also limited, which differs from person to person. And this simple conceptual fact is what makes one stronger to other in comparison, one way or another. Though it's not important, that for any living creature it's already pre-destined or fixed that he/she can handle this much only or there's no way to either increase their overall mana handling capacity in their body or the overall magical output in their work, at a time.
There're many ways for doing it, some are hard, some are easy but with bizarre consequences and some difficult and time taking both, but at the end came up with the very fruitful results. I think đ this type of magical improvement in a person with mana, in human terms you guys say... Reawakening?? Â (She says with a bit of doubt in her words)
'Hah!!!Reawakening (Suddenly Alex remembered something from his 1 month back past time, when Camelia spilled that term.)Â
A news which was going viral literally throughout the whole Europe I suppose that time on media, especially in France only, and that is related to one of the top 10 guilds of our country "ICE GUILD", to be more concise, it was related to its known Guild Leader - 'Noara'. She was originally a B-Rank Hunter at 1st, when 1st came in contact of magical awakening changes in her body. At that time, her guild was nothing more than a mere scavenger guild, not coming even under top 20 best guilds of country, with even less significance from 'National Hunter Association'. (He remembered this fact, just right now only)
Around a month earlier, she for some unclear reasons all alone without any of her team members, entered in a 'Blue Gate' that mainly ranks around C to B level hunters to deal with and appeared at a construction site but not much far from township area. Then only after some time being passed of her entering in that dungeon, it's revealed in the news later by Association Agents only that it was actually a red gate (A-Rank Gate), that was for some reason earlier was a blue gate, when 1st time discovered. At that time, everyone thought that she would make it out, because even its look like just a one rank gape difference, it's still too problematic for one single hunter to deal up with, even if they are A-Rank hunter, especially when they get overnumbered by monsters in there and then there's also a Boss in there. But miraculously, after 1 week of grief and tension around all over the minor hunter society of France as losing one B-Rank Hunter, Noara came back in one piece though her clothes had got a bit rip apart and soaked in monster's blood, when 1st time came live in camera. This was not even much of a shock for all, that when later reevaluated her magical capacity by the mana meter for ensuring a full body diagnosis, exclusively by the Association only, it turns out that she had ranked up and reawakened as a A-Rank hunter now. (That was the 1st official reawakened case that enclosed to the whole country that time.)
(Alex, while remembering these all-past incidents info, for a minute there in deep thought coming back in present, hastily asked to Camelia)
Ahh Wait Camelia! I have a question for you, as now you had said this much.Â
(Camelia) What?? It must be with some weight.
(Alex) Isn't this sudden growth in use of overall magical efficiency and capacity or say 'reawakening' is just a one-time phenomenon for hunters to experience??? đ€đ€
(Camelia) Hmph! đđ What backward society your kind is hah, in the field of handling and understanding the nature of magic and body.

Reawakening is not a right term, for this phenomena and for answering your question, it's true that an absolute improvement in ones mana handling capacity and efficiency to use in one way or another is not something that would improve by a significant margin in just few days or weeks. Though that kind of miraculous growth can also possible with highly good physique, if get his/her hands over a Devine relic or an artifact, that would act like a proxy to replace all the natural hard work for a trainee. Bu that's a rare case, with very less probability of getting something like that and coming back in one piece. So, Yes!! Its possible for someone to experience such significant metamorphosis in their overall strength and capacity, multiple times in there life, if he/she truly able to handle that kind of hellish struggle to become more strong.
The most suitable term for such fruitful results of hard work is, what we called 'Cultivation'.Â

And for the rest months that you have left before your so called 'Hunter-Revaluation Test' or whatever, that is going to be held in your school, where you will get your 1st significant chance to show your worth in the public, you are going to cultivate your inner mana meridians, physical state and most impt, your mana core to its near 25% awakening state from it's initial 5%, for better handling efficiency of your amplified strength.
(Alex) Wait...Wait... Before you instruct me to start any bone crackling thing like the one in morning again in my room only, at least tell me what is this 'mana core' and 'inner mana meridians', you are talking about, because ever since that ball of light-blue energy got into my heart, for some reason there is something weird I am feeling in my chest... no in my whole body, I feel like something is crawling up, and that's very faint.
(Camelia) Ohh! đ¶đ¶ It was already in the forming process, right after getting placed hah?? That's quite fast for someone like you. Well never mind that, it's easier for us now in respect to what you are going to do next and...
That crawling felling you were sensing within your entire body earlier was nothing, but the faint feeling of your newly created mana circuits or say mana veins, due to the presence of mana core in your heart.
