The pain she suffered from was so unbearable that she wished she remained unconscious until the end of times. Eva's vision slowly returned, a bit blurry and unfocused. Her body lying on a cold floor as the surrounding air smelled dead and stale.
Where am I?
It was a strange place. The room was partially dark, with only a small flicker of flame in the distance. The room was bare. She considered the possibility of actually dying from the stab wound in her heart and transmigrating to an interesting place called Hell.
''Ah…'' It was difficult to raise her hand to touch the gaping hole between her breasts. Her whole body was partly paralyzed in response to the amount of pain that seized her down and the poison she received from the god-slaying dagger. But it hurts breathing when you have a bloody hole in your chest. She noticed the dagger had been removed, and Eva considered the possibility of her surviving a weapon that was forged by the moon goddess to slay a tyrant fallen God.
