"You heard me," he said, leaning in, his mouth brushing against her ear. "Be a good girl."
Her heart pounded wildly. Heat rushed to her face. It was bold, reckless—this wasn't something they'd done before. Yet something about his tone, commanding and possessive, sent shivers through her.
