-Body Reforging realm:
Cultivating blood qi and reforging your body making a vessel for cultivation, has progression 13 layers. You can stop at the 9th stage of it, but it wouldn't be the best foundation for cultivation.
Body Reforging Realm has different types of foundations
1-9 stages is a normal dao foundation.
10-12 stages is known as the saint foundation
13 -15 stages is an Extreme Dao Foundation, this is a mythical stage, not seen for many eras.
In order to get a saint foundation, you would need a saint tier cultivation technique. for those above you need extreme will power and a cultivation technique about the mortal realms.
Lifespan in this realm: 200 years.

- Qi Sea Realm:
Cultivators can open a second Divine Sea in their Middle Dantian, or the dantian of their stomach. storing even more energy. In this stage, their strength and life span also increased because of the nourishment of such a large quantity of Qi.
It is the realm that separates cultivators from the mundane completely as at this stage cultivator become capable of utilizing Qi to aid themselves, from here they gain fantastical powers like controlling flames, flying on swords and others.
Can also use Qi in attacks, like an extension from yourself.
Note, the effects may be multiplied if you have a cultivation manual of good quality, a special physique, or a higher form of Qi.
Lifespan in this realm: 300 years.

-Foundation Establishment Realm:
First part of this that realm your soul fire will bloom, and your senses will heighten greatly.
In this realm your body that is as full of as much Qi as it can handle. While simultaneously touching the threshold of your soul.
With control over a bit of soul power and Qi energy, you control it to form a platform.
The normal persons pillar count is four, but there are geniuses who have extended the limit to the grand total of eight. Each pillar fortifies your foundation greatly.
Note, the effects may be multiplied if you have a cultivation manual of good quality, a special physique, or a higher form of Qi.
Note, you can also jump high and glide like you're flying in this stage.
This is also a qualitive leap in your soul and existence. Aka you awaken your divine sense.
Lifespan in this realm: 1000 years.

-Revolving Gold Core Realm
This will be the very first dangerous stage in your cultivation path.
The person will take each one of their Daos, however many you have comprehended and with the aid of the Spiritual Qi you will form a revolving core on the middle of your platform.
This stage is dangerous because you basically melt your pillars one at a time with your soul fire and form a golden core.
After you do that, then you will compress it until it becomes a solid golden core, and each of your Daos that you have obtained will form rings on top of your core.
How ever many Daos you have will make your core that much sturdier and powerful.
Note if you should fail because of the pain from melting your pillar that your entire platform will collapse upon itself, and your own Qi will explode in your body.
You will die if that happens.
But if you succeeded then you just fill up your core until it can't hold any more Qi.
You can also shortly fly in this realm.

Lifespan in this realm: 4,500 years.

- Nascent Soul Realm:
In this realm after you have gotten accustomed to using your Daos greatly in your attacks, your golden core will crack, and all of your Qi will funnel inside of it.
Once it is done absorbing the Qi in your body this will trigger a heavenly punishment.
If you survive the punishment and are not turned into ashes, then your soul will be reborn and from the Golden core a mini soul will emerge.
Also depending on the number of Daos that you have on your core, your soul will be a different color grade.
The benefits will vary depending on what color you have.
Can Also Fly freely in this realm, the length of which will vary on how much Qi you have, or if you have a bloodline that grants you flight.

-Primordial Spirit Realm
Not much of a power level boost realm, but more of a mystical change of being. Your soul greatly strengthens.
The Primordial Spirit Realm has Three stages: Dao Yuan, Hun Yuan, Combining the Dao.
Using your soul flame, you melt the nascent soul and reforge it bringing it to merge with your body. Combining the two making it so you are really hard to kill.
This stage is all about cultivating the soul and bringing it closer to the Dao.
The Dao's you already have comprehended greatly strengthens your connection and control over it.
You can also abandon your body in this realm to possess another body if you have to.
Lifespan in this realm: 30,000 years

-Void Breaching Realm:
You can fly and breathe freely in space, hence the void breaching in the name.
Also, you can begin to wield law in battle.
Space laws are easier to come into contact with, but they are very hard to comprehend.
Lifespan in this realm: 90,000 years.

-Dao Domain Realm:
Whatever dao that you have comprehended merges with your soul, and in doing so grants you a domain that you can invoke upon the real world.
has three sub-realms, initial domain, merging domain, and solidified Domain.
Everyone beneath this realm are ants.
Lifespan in this realm: 1,000,000 years

Monarch Realm
This realm greatly involves Dao comprehension and cultivating a true person.
A true person is at least a type of will or dao heart.
Also need to have at least 10% of a Dao mastered to move on to the next realm.

-Saint Realm:
This realm is the last Realm for the lower realm. You word is law, and no one can go against it. in this realm or the realms beneath it.
Need to have at least 15% of a Dao mastered for the next realm.
Has three sub-realms in total.
They are Saint, Great Saint, Saint King
