The mental method written by Chu Zhiyuan was very simple.
They could understand it at a glance, and as they looked, they began to comprehend it, then tried to operate it.
Since they were disciples of the White Cloud Sword Palace, their talents naturally far exceeded ordinary people.
Such a simple mental method, once they slightly understood it, they could enter the door, and strands of True Qi began to flow.
This strand of True Qi was different from the original True Qi; the meridian path within the body was different, and when it finally entered the Dantian, it was naturally repelled.
They were too weak and, after being repelled, could only remain outside the Dantian, continuing to flow endlessly in the meridians.
As they became stronger, upon entering the Dantian, they were not directly expelled and stayed in the Dantian.
Thus, the two kinds of True Qi slowly harmonized and produced strange changes.
