Technology and the training of the human body are fundamentally different; they represent two entirely distinct paths of evolution. One focuses on a profound leap in the essence of life itself, while the other emphasizes the collective ascent of the entire group. Ultimately, in Qin Yi's view, both paths will converge at the same destination.

At present, he was merely the King of a civilization within the Hokage world. His next goal was to unify this mundane realm entirely, before proceeding with the King's Way and integrating everything into the King's World. Once that was done, the entire nation would undergo earth-shattering transformations.

What would emerge from the fusion of Ninja Civilization and the initial technological civilization?

A day later, Qin Yi summoned the military and political leaders from the twenty-four provinces and cities to the Golden Hall.

As they gazed upon the legendary ancient Dragon Emperor in person, the leaders felt an intense chill creep into their hearts, awed by his immense majesty.

From his mouth, the Dragon Emperor slowly and profoundly articulated a series of revised national regulations, making them feel as though they were in the presence of not just a human emperor, but a Spiritual God.

His voice seemed to descend from the heavens, carrying an overwhelming pressure. No one dared to speak out in rebellion, nor did anyone dare entertain any improper thoughts.

"I desire a stable and prosperous world," Qin Yi declared, his voice resonating with authority. "Any measures that further this goal may commence! However, the only unbreakable rule is that the lives of the common people must not be affected!"

Qin Yi's gaze swept over the assembly, his voice steady and commanding. "The nation will rest for a month. Soon, I will wage war on the entire world. This world will ultimately be unified under my rule. Break through the Great Wall and fight until it shatters!"

His iron-blooded tone made the leaders' faces change, their hearts sinking with anxiety. Even with all their strength, they knew it would be difficult to contend with the entire world, let alone that northern country! How could the wise and invincible Dragon Emperor make such a mistake?

"I understand your concerns," Qin Yi said, his eyes cold as he looked down at them. "You need not worry. Just prepare yourselves. I will summon Experts from the Otherworld."

The faces of the military and political leaders shifted. Whispers spread among them.

"Otherworld? Is it the realm of the immortals?"

"Indeed, His Majesty the Dragon Emperor has achieved Eternal Life and possesses such power; he must have become an immortal."

However, Qin Yi offered no further explanation and waved his hand, dismissing the court. After the provincial leaders departed, he summoned General Yang.

"General Yang, you have been by my side for some time, and there are matters you must be made aware of." Qin Yi's voice was calm, but his words carried weight. "Soon, the entire world will know, but it must unfold gradually."

General Yang followed him, a puzzled look on his face, but Qin Yi remained silent as they walked, leading him to a private chamber within the palace.

"Come in." Qin Yi stepped inside and turned to face General Yang. The general hesitated for a moment but eventually followed.

It was rare for anyone to be invited into His Majesty's private quarters, let alone step inside. But as soon as General Yang crossed the threshold, his expression changed dramatically.

The light around him twisted rapidly, and beams of vibrant, swirling colors shot toward him as if to crush him. His heart raced with alarm.

"Relax," Qin Yi said with a smile. "I'll take you to another world."

At that moment, the grandeur of the Dragon Emperor seemed to fade as Qin Yi embraced his identity as a King. The room had already been transformed into a Realm Gate projection days ago. With his King's Strength now, establishing the Realm Gate projection was no longer a lengthy process.

General Yang forced himself to breathe deeply, trying to steady his nerves. He had never experienced anything like this in his life. After a few moments, the world before him suddenly brightened, and he instinctively squinted his eyes.

"We have arrived!" Qin Yi's voice rang out, and General Yang opened his eyes.

What he saw left him in shock. A magnificent Realm Gate stood before them, shimmering with an ethereal glow. At the top of the gate floated the Eye of the King, its gaze closed.

Ahead, bizarrely styled buildings stretched into the distance, and humanoid monsters dashed across rooftops. Some could breathe fire, others could spray water, some rode the wind, and a few vanished with a sudden burst of sound.

What kind of world was this?

"This is King's World," Qin Yi said, spreading his arms wide. "It is also where I come from."

The Earthly energy embraced him as the truth of this world began to unfold before General Yang's astonished eyes.

After arriving in the Dragon Emperor World, Qin Yi instinctively adopted the mindset of a ruthless ruler, realizing that in order to conquer this world, he would need to employ extremely forceful methods.

"King's World?" General Yang murmured, his voice barely audible.

As he looked around, his head began to spin. The worldview he had spent decades constructing seemed to crumble in an instant. Could humanity really accomplish such seemingly impossible feats?

Had he really been transported to another world in the blink of an eye? And the emperor he had always regarded as a mere myth, was he actually an extraterrestrial being?

In his dazed state, General Yang followed Qin Yi toward the Royal Palace. As they approached, people bowed respectfully, greeting them with reverence.

"Your Majesty, you have returned? It seems you were successful!"

Inside the Palace Hall, Gandalf, wearing glasses, glanced at them before returning to his paperwork, nonchalantly asking about the Dao.

"Not completely done yet," Qin Yi replied, stretching lazily and settling onto the sofa. "This time, I plan to do something big, I'm going to unify the entire world."

This was the office where various documents were reviewed, and beside Qin Yi sat Hōzuki Gengetsu, who smiled and looked at General Yang.

"Is this our new partner?" He asked.

"This is General Yang," Qin Yi replied with a smile. "A capable assistant I brought from that world."

General Yang, still trying to process everything, was struck by the friendly demeanor of Qin Yi. It was only then that he realized the two individuals in front of him were undoubtedly the most influential figures in this nation. After all, they wouldn't be able to converse so casually with the emperor if they weren't at the very top.

"Greetings, my lords," General Yang said, bowing respectfully.

"Haha, no need to be so formal," Hōzuki Gengetsu chuckled. "There are seats over there; please sit, let's talk."

General Yang shook his head vigorously. "I'll stand."

"What a polite young man," Hōzuki Gengetsu teased with a wink.

"Your Majesty, where did you find such a good attitude? He's far better than us old folks. Are you planning to replace us?" Gandalf joined in, his voice filled with lighthearted banter.

"You two should focus on your documents," Qin Yi said playfully, though with a glint of seriousness in his eyes. "You talk too much."

The mood shifted as Qin Yi became serious once more.

"This time, I've returned to gather troops and wage war on the Dragon Emperor World, to completely unify the entire world," he said, his voice firm and resolute. "Additionally, have there been any updates from Madara's side?"
