Chapter 46 - Collision of Apex

The war thundered on. But now, the storm narrowed its focus—Bloodfare versus D2V.

A brutal collision of power.

Ki fused with Determination clashing against pure, concentrated wrath wrapped in shattered humanity.

Bloodfare fought like the world owed him blood—his style honed in combat, not with magic, but with fists. Battle was all he knew, all he breathed. Frieza. Caulifla. Everyone who had ever stood in his way had built the fighter now hovering in the void—transformed, ascended, and overflowing with lethal intent.

D2V wasn't untrained. But next to Bloodfare's Saiyan physiology and Bloodfare Ascension, he was clearly physically outmatched.

Still—he didn't back down.

Instead, he did the opposite.

D2V tore off his upper clothes—ripping his jacket and shirt from his frame. They burned to ash in an instant, disintegrated by the intensity of his own magic.

Bloodfare paused mid-air, watching him, eyes wide.

He wasn't afraid. He was overwhelmed with excitement.

His Saiyan blood burned with anticipation—D2V was a worthy opponent, maybe the first real one.

D2V's full physique stood revealed.

Powerful. Battle-scarred. Human… but no longer entirely. His pale skin was not pale from weakness—it was lifeless, bleached like something that had walked through hell and never came back.

Scars marked him—some shallow, others deep enough to kill anything normal.

A broken rib jutted under the skin on the lower right of his torso, punctured from within.

His chest bore twisted stab marks—not a wound, but a message, carved over his heart.

A deep ringed scar circled his neck. Not a mark. A memory.

And wrapped around his body—red chains, burned into his skin, smoking with every breath.

Magic and madness leaked from his eyes and mouth, his expression morphing into a psychotic grin—the smile of genocide, given flesh.

He wasn't just UltSans. He was trauma made form.He was D2V.

Bloodfare grinned, unable to contain it.

He powered up, aura erupting into a volcanic surge of red ki, exploding outward and shaking the void.Everyone felt it.Reality bent under it.

And then—he moved.

In a flash, Bloodfare closed the distance and the second round began.

Close combat.

No magic.

No tricks.

Just two monsters tearing into each other with fists and fury.

Every blow from Bloodfare created a sonic boom, sending D2V flying—But D2V never stayed down.Bloodfare chased, launching into combo after combo, beating him mid-air, pounding until space cracked around them.

It was domination.Until—

D2V ignited.

A red aura exploded outward, shaking everything.Bloodfare stopped mid-strike, sensing something far worse beneath the glow.

Then—A beam of red light shot outward, blinding everyone.

Across the battlefield, heads turned.UltSans stared, heart skipping.Billy froze.Supreme smirked.NM!UltSans and A'malther didn't even blink.Even the other fighters paused, drawn to the light.

And when it faded—He stood there.

D2V's Phase 2.

His veins bubbled, muscles swelled, nerves twisted like cables, and his skin turned scarlet, glowing with internal combustion.

Then—his jaw unhinged.

Far too wide.

Unnaturally wide.

Flesh tore at the corners, down his cheeks.

And then, he grabbed it.

Ripped his own jaw open.

Cracked it apart until it hung like a broken maw.Heat poured from it—his mouth was now a furnace.

His eyes shattered—cracked like crystal glass, red light flickering between the fractures. But deep inside—there was no light.

Just void.

Looking into them was death.

A stare that strips your soul, plunges you into a mental abyss, drags you into your worst fear, and locks you there.

And then—he went further.

He raised his own hand.

And plunged it into his chest.

Tore through muscle, snapped bone.

He crushed his own heart.

Then smashed it into the ground like a weapon.

A move of self-sacrifice.

Self-hatred.

Proof that no one deserves mercy—especially him.

His body reconstructed, layers of flesh rebuilding on top of each other, stitched by Determination and twisted magic.

Chains melted into his skin.Muscles became something inhuman.

Veins of flame, twitching, mutating in real time.

His mouth could no longer close.

He stood, monstrous, melting, invincible.

Bloodfare hesitated.Then grinned wider.

"Heh… now we're talking."

But D2V moved first.

He reached out—Blue magic flared—and suddenly, Bloodfare's body glowed with a blue outline.

He was pulled forward, yanked through space.

And—

CRACK!

A punch.

D2V smashed him, sending him flying.

Bloodfare caught himself mid-air, spinning with a skid, clutching his chest. He wasn't broken…But he felt it.

"...What the hell was that…?"

D2V stared back, no words.

Only the flame, the chains, the insanity, and the hunger for war without end.

And the battle was only just beginning.

The battle roared on—But now, it was more than a fight.

It was a spectacle of annihilation.

Bloodfare erupted, unleashing his full power, his ki blazing into a blinding flare that consumed the battlefield in white light. The flare didn't just blind—It shredded.

Reality cracked.

Space bled.

Slashes tore through the sky, jagged fractures splitting the void, dripping like open wounds.

His body swelled, muscles doubling—tripling in mass. His pupils vanished. His eyes burned solid red.And his face twisted into one thing:

Rage. Pure, violent rage.

In a blink, Bloodfare was airborne—And then—

BAM!

He kicked D2V with both legs, launching him skyward like a cannonball. Then vanished, chasing him into the air, and unleashed a relentless combo of strikes.

Each punch shattered space. The very air screamed. Each blow struck like a slash through time itself.

It was the strongest battle so far—a true clash of gods.

But it wasn't the most powerful.

Not yet.

A'malther remained watching, unmoving.

NM!UltSans didn't flinch—still chilling, unreadable.

Undying Breath hadn't revealed Phase 3.

There was still worse to come.

But for now,

All eyes were locked on Bloodfare and D2V.

Bloodfare overwhelmed. His strikes were clean. Brutal.

But D2V wouldn't fall.

Despite the punishment, D2V endured—And then—he countered.

After blocking a flurry of attacks, D2V grabbed Bloodfare, slammed him into the ground, and in a flash, yanked him back up—fist-first—and began beating him down.

Now, the roles reversed.

Bloodfare became the target.

Each punch was heavier.Harder.Hungrier.

Then—D2V ripped the chains from his own arms—tearing his muscles apart in the process, skin ripping open, tendons snapping.

He wrapped those burning, blood-soaked chains around Bloodfare—Dragged him in—

Slammed him again—And started pummeling him like a ragdoll. Each hit sent Bloodfare flying—Then yanked him back. And hit again.

Over and over.

A living piñata.

The chains began to burn and drain, sapping Bloodfare's energy.

But D2V was tearing himself apart too.

His muscles frayed—And yet, they regrew in real time, glowing red, fueled by Determination so strong it defied death.

Then, silence.

In a single moment—Bloodfare reverted.

Back to base form.

Weak. Drained. Defenseless.

D2V pulled him close—Gripped his shoulders.Opened his grotesque, mangled jaw. And—

Bit.

Clamped down on Bloodfare's face—Tore it apart.

Skull cracked.

Flesh shredded.

Screams silenced.

Bloodfare died instantly.

D2V let the chains drop.

Bloodfare's body fell—lifeless, unrecognizable. His face destroyed, front skull shattered, caved in.D2V stood above him, wiped his jaw with his left hand—Swallowed.

Then, without pause—

He began to eat him.

Everyone froze.

Supreme: "Would you look at that?... Such a monster… Showing not only his superiority… but what he's capable of. A specimen like that—can't be wasted. He can be used for far more than this~"

UltSans turned slowly, sickened, sweating.

UltSans: "W-What…? Y-You know what?! I don't care anymore!"

In a snap, he thrust his left hand up.

Blue bones erupted from the ground, piercing into Supreme's body, locking him in place.

A blaster formed to his left—charged and ready, aimed at Supreme's head.

Supreme turned, calmly.

UltSans closed his fist.

BLAST.

But—A red barrier shimmered into view, faint but solid, deflecting the blaster with ease.

Then—

Teleport.

Supreme vanished—Reappeared behind the bones that had impaled him, untouched.

Supreme: "Good try.But sadly… it was just that.A try.Such a weak attack… is the mark of a coward~"

UltSans dropped his hand. The blaster crumbled to dust.He breathed hard, sweat dripping, defeated by pressure alone.

A'malther shifted his gaze—From Supreme,To D2V.

His eyes narrowed.

NM!UltSans?

He just stood there.Silent.Unbothered.Unreadable.Still.

And in the middle of it all,Bloodfare was gone.

And D2V?

Still eating.
