Wyatt was sound asleep in his new room, he had been so tired the day before that he unknowingly slept till the next morning. This was by far the best sleep he had ever had in his entire life.
Although Wyatt was asleep his senses were still sharp as ever, It was a skill he discovered he had when he first me Craven. He could hear it all, from the tranquil environment mixed in with the scent of wind gently blowing past the trees in the surrounding area, to the sound of birds chirping past the window, and the sound of water being poured out of container.
'Wait, what?'
Splash
A large bucket of ice cold water splashed all over Wyatt and his new bed. He shot out of bed with shrilled scream, and beside him stood craven, with a large bucket and an even larger smile.
"What was that??!!" Wyatt screamed at Craven. Who wakes someone up with a bucket of ice cold water.
"Oh," Craven made an innocent face like he didn't just try to drown Wyatt with freezing water. "Did I forget to mention that we all hafta to wake up early every morning for training? Must have skipped my mind." he scratched the back of his head innocently.
"Early?!" there were visible veins at the side of Wyatt's head. "It's practically still yesterday! Who wakes up at this time to train." There were so many thoughts running through Wyatt's head, all ending with the death of Craven.
"The dark bulls!" Craven said with an enthusiastic pose that led to more water splashing on Wyatt.
"Stop that!!" Wyatt practically barked at him.
"Just get yer ass to the training ground, don't wantcha getting late on yer first day." Craven left just as Energetically as he came, leaving Wyatt alone with his wet sheets and bed.
'I don't have any other clothes.' Wyatt suddenly remembered with a hopeless expression plastered on his face.
**
The front yard or training ground as craven liked to call it, was a big space in front of the Dark bulls base. It was grassy and void of trees and the group used it to train from time to time.
Wyatt came out with a long sleeved gray shirt that was clearly not his as it was couple of sizes bigger than him and covered his entire upper body. As for the pants they were able to find a suitable size for him to wear thankfully.
'Geez, he talks about me coming late but I still got here before him.' Wyatt huffed inwardly.
Everyone else was already outside doing one form of training or another, exercise, weight lifting, even sparring. Wyatt was overwhelmed by this sight, they were not just awake by this ungodly time of the day, they were also training diligently, well all of them except Lung who just laid with his back on the floor, probably asleep.
But immediately he noticed Wyatt's he stood up and made an energetic beeline towards the latter's direction with his face bright red. The moment he reached Wyatt, he bowed his head and apologized.
"I'm sorry for all the trouble I caused you and I'm glad that your a member of our group." He said in an almost robotic voice. Wyatt was wandering what happened when his eyes landed on Tai who had a proud smile on her face, like she had just potty trained her child or something.
'Ah, so his sister put him up to this.' Wyatt thought with a tensed smile. He was wondering what had happened between them that got Lung, someone who really hated him, to apologize first thing in morning.
'Whatever the case, looks like he won't get up until I accept his apology.' Wyatt at Lung who still had his head bowed.
"It's alright, I was the one who was at fault in the first place so I hope you can forgive for hurting your sister." Wyatt said with a guilty smile.
Lung raised his head and stared at Wyatt. "I hope we can be comrades and I look forward to working with you." He said in the same robot like voice.
"Yeah, me too." Wyatt smiled as he watched Lung stiffly walk back to his sister. He was glad that whole drama had ended now, so he could relax and not worry about someone strangling him from behind.
Lung received endless teasing from the others as he made his way to his sister, but he didn't answer any of them, a few teases were nothing compared to what his sister threatened to do to him if he hadn't apologized to Wyatt.
It had been a few minutes and Wyatt sat down a distance away from the others and watched them do their training, he didn't want to get in their way. Truth was, he didn't know what to do. Craven was suppose to over see his training, but after giving him some clothes he said he'd be right outside but Wyatt hadn't seen him since, he was a 100% sure that the big oaf had forgotten about him.
Randy let out a satisfied groan as he had just finished lifting weights and beat his personal record.
"Lung, you promised you'd spar with me today, right?" Randy smiled so hard his eyes squinted. "Well come on, I'm in a good mood so I'll easy on you."
Lung had gone back to his original spot to lay down after he apologized to Wyatt and he hadn't moved from that spot the whole time. "Ugh, I'm not in the mood, fight Julius instead." He waved Randy off.
"No." Julius said with a stiff face immediately Lung made that suggestion. "No." He said again as if to solidify his point.
"Come on," Randy whined. "you promised remember, do you really wanna break your promise?"
"Yes." Lung replied without even looking up. "Now go and bother anyone but me."
Randy went to where Lung was lying and began to poke his side, softly whispering 'please' with every poke and frankly it was annoying Lung, he just wanted to lie down and do nothing, was that too much to ask.
" Argh, fine. If I kick your butt, you promise you'll leave me alone and disturb someone else?" Lung practically shouted as he couldn't take it anymore.
Randy face lit up. "Ha, like you could ever beat me." He smiled brightly.
Lung made an annoyed face before standing up and walked to the centre of the Training ground with his hands in his pockets. Randy on the other hand practically ran to the other side of yard so he could directly face Lung, the excitement on his was as visible as it could get.
Everybody stopped what they were doing to watch the sparring match that was about happen, Julius and Candy were even making bets on who would win and how the fight would end.
'Is it really okay for them just fight like that?" Wyatt wondered. 'Now that I think about it, I've not really seen any of them in action, except Tai.' he recalled with a pained smile. 'I wonder if they're strong.'
Randy got into a fighting stance with both of his fists in front of him, while Lung just stood there with his hands still in his pockets.
'looks like I'm about to find out.'
