After walking some distance after landing, Idan and Ned, heading towards the city, heard the sounds of gunfire.
This immediately caught their attention.
"Interesting," Idan said.
As a gold rank awakened, he was very interested in how effective modern weapons were against them.
Of course, Idan would not want to test this on himself.
"I'm afraid guns still have some effectiveness against the awakened," he muttered, wondering if he should go and check out what was going on there.
After a moment's thought, Idan decided to check it out anyway.
"Is someone in trouble?" he asked, turning to Ned.
He just shrugged his shoulders.
"Okay, let's go, — Idan called, gesturing for Ned to follow him, and headed towards the sound of gunfire.
"Yes, young master," Ned said, and followed him.
"System, I'm sure you have more accurate information, so tell me, how effective are the weapons of our world against Hosts of my level?"
