She scream "SUGAAAAR, ETERNAL SUGAAAAR!!!" Although sloppy, Vey able to walk on her own. Due to her lack of magic, Stardust can only crawl out of pure willpower. The sphere, kept inside this room. Not daring to be touched by anypony else.
Vey lift Stardust with the remaining 1/32 magic left on her, the unbearable headache awaits if she isn't resting.
Stardust barely able to keep herself concious, so she did this instead.
'Ordis, are you active?'

Stardust completely blacked out of exhaustion, consume almost all of her magic in a span of 2 days.
'Knocked out cold, not sounds like her.' Vey levitate Stardust corpse to her room, while resting on the seat near shelves.
Vey fall asleep, not forgetting to put the control off her mouth.
Cid appear upon the library, she saw Vey are on state of deep sleep. "May God bless you- oh." She leave the library, just like a passing wind.
Yet there is the grace, she wore nothing but a light armor.
She knock the door, but enter anyway.
She did not talk, is what i always implied. Patiently waiting for Vey to awoken, until it came into hours of conclusion.
Wide yawn before Veyrl's face, exposing her canines. "Too early for you to come by, really? She had yet to rest, so-" Vey rush inside and came out grabbing the sphere, as "This thing is dangerous, quite literally altering time and able to evaporate almost any liquid you can ever think of."
Altershy nods, she show the board "Follow me, place this somewhere." The board who speaks, putting Vey in line with the plan.
"Aye, ma'am!" Vey follow from behind, bite the control rune.
Altershy take an immediate flight, while Vey sparing some time to put the sphere inside special bag Stardust has made for her. Tiles form out of thin air, with Vey running across it.
Vey catch up to moving Altershy, until she stay at a certain altitude. Veyrl pull out the sphere, levitate it with magic and put Altershy considerably far away from the sphere. As she murmur "Activate : Chaos syphon, revert : Energy. Generate : Independent mass." Altershy maybe yards away, but Vey is just several yard from the sphere.
Activation is complete as the sphere start to distort space around it, Vey instantly pull herself out of it's range. It pull clouds into itself, making a massive shpere of fluffy cotton water.
Now it looks like a planet, made out only of cotton waters. "Don't come near it yet, it is still adjusting to main mass of this planet."
Although the sphere seems stationary, it moves a lot. Of course is a track, which isn't predictable one.
A poke on Vey's wrist, she turn her attention to talking board. "Glad we put this away from cloudsdale, if not then we are doomed." The sphere engulfing bunch of couds within, and condensed into black clouds of positive energy.
"Good, it absorbs." Vey give a proud smirk, good thing this altitude is a kilometre beyond the ground. About clouds level, any form of clouds is not going to make you happy if you struck it.
Another poke on her wrist, Vey put attention to the board once more "It totally block the sunlight, maybe panics will cause a lot of ponies flee?"
"Yea, it is. I'll inform everypony to stay away from that thing, half a day is how long it will take." She lower her altitude, with Altershy follows.
A growing sphere of clouds with Diametre of 100 metric length, making you dizzy upon it's range of gravity. The range of gravity of this thing is around Kilometre from it's core, wide range indeed. It absorb all energy present on the core to itself, not growing and self sustainable with it's mass production and energy syphon.
"Oh, if you can. Alert all birds to avoid the range of your new base, see you in half day." Last suggestion from Vey before she went back to Ponyville, then a bird pass by. Attracted to Altershy's presence, all of it's attention is Altershy's.
The board squeaks once more "Inform other bird to not get into that-" She point at the growing sphere of clouds, the bird understood and leaves.
Altershy stomp the ground, having an idea.
She zoom into her cottage, tis' a true cottage now.

"What have come into Altershy's mind did she fly that fast?!" Scootaloo, startled by how fast Altershy is moving.
Cid smirks, she cough "Envy, glad you have it."
The squad walk around ponyville, seeking for an aquintance. Searching opportunity for getting a cutie mark, with the help of Cidiem Tempest.
"How can you fly?! You said one of your parents are just like me!" Cid only give a sour face and replied with "You have less congruinity and your dominant brain came from your earth pony parent, or simply not possessing that much neuron on your wings."
They stumble upon a rock "How did you know all of this?"
"Books, teacher, good old times." They passing rock to each other, with Scootaloo show several tricks with the rock.
"You are quite skilled i see." Left all 3 in awe, she throw the rock like a pebble across the river.
Scootaloo give a bitter smile, turn back to her uncomposed self. "Thanks, i do this when i am all alone." This put Cid in a deep pause, with both fillies now fully agree in skills.
But it hits, "Wait, my sister coming to Ponyville now!" Responsive AppleBloom, running towards the station.
"Yea, my sister is coming back too. See you guys later!" Leaving Scootaloo and Cid alone, they both stare at each other.
'Why must i am alone with this mare?!' Scootaloo whimper, she still cannot process her inability to fly.
Cid sigh, she cannot bear it anymore "We, pegasi are not meant to fly. We glide off, i found your wings is not wide enough to fly."
"A-" Sense of guilt fully engulf Cid on itself, and further putting despair to Scootaloo.
"You- mean i can never fly?" Cid can only bit her own lips, before pound the ground with respectable force. She had come to her senses, to only pour salt and detergen into a corpse. "I am afraid so, maybe you could if your wings are expanded."
Scootaloo spread her wings, so did Cid. The inferior size of Scotaloo's wings explain it all, yet her mass been greater than her own surface area.
"I am so sorry, don't mean to break it all at once. But i can only do what i can, so i beg your forgiveness." Cid lower her head to the broken Scotaloo, she drop no tears but true shock like a chicken inside a cage.
Scootaloo snap out of it, all her joy fades upon a dim hope. "It's okay, maybe i am destined to be like this for my entire life." She run into her home, and this feeling.
