He touched her sensitive bean first, gently rubbing the side of it, almost like he was doing it on purpose, just to frustrate her.
"Does it feel good?" Edmund repeated his question. "How can I keep going if you won't answer me?"
She honestly didn't understand why her husband was suddenly acting so persistent like this.
Normally, he only spoke when necessary, asking if she was in pain or telling her not to worry about anything.
But right now … he wasn't just asking because he wanted to know. He was teasing her, asserting his dominance, and making her feel completely powerless beneath him.
