Isaac noticed the look and frowned.
"I'm serious. I beat him way more than he hit me."
"Okay," she said with a nod.
"…No, really. I'm not exaggerating."

Isaac stared at her.
"Are you doing this on purpose, or do you actually think I'm lying?"
Before she could answer—or deflect—the space around them fractured.
