Dusk.
Mist Forest outskirts.
The campfire crackled with a comforting "pop," its warm glow illuminating the dim air around.
Thin cloth sleeping bags, cashmere blankets, iron cups with reddish bottoms, and bubbling boiling water...
An ordinary small camp.
At first glance, it seemed just like the hundreds of adventurer camps dotted sparsely throughout the vast forest, plunging into danger for gold during the "Hunting Day."
But if someone could linger a while longer in this seemingly ordinary camp, they would be amazed to discover:
The temperature in the camp was noticeably warmer.
Even though it was already the "Falling Leaf Month," temperatures had significantly dropped, coupled with the unique environment of Mist Forest, making the nights here particularly tough.
Adventurers with ordinary constitution, without hot water and fire to drive away the cold, could easily catch a chill and fall ill overnight.
