"Alex, Rory..." Danny greeted them calmly. But there was a sparkle of curiosity in his eyes when he spotted Aurora. He couldn't help but wonder why she chose to meet them here instead of at Serendipity Restaurant, their usual spot.
Alex kept his words brief, offering a faint smile before saying, "Hello," as he sat across from Aurora.
Danny and Renata seemed aware that Alex wished to avoid conversation, focusing instead on Aurora. They both stare at her curiously.
"Rory, why did you suddenly invite us to eat here? Are you all thinking of sharing something important with us?" Danny asked.
Before Aurora could reply, Renata cheerfully said, "Rory, are you trying to share some good news with us?"
Aurora's lips slowly smear with a mysterious smile as she says, "Go on, try to guess..."
Danny gave up. He gestures for Renata to say it.
"Are you pregnant, Rory?" Renata asked with a bright smile, her eyes sparkling as she glanced at Aurora and Alex.
