When everyone steps out of the Gate, there are some Irregular Hunters from the Korean Irregular Hunter Association preparing themselves. When they saw Soo-won's team coming out of the Gate, they looked up with a slight relief on their faces. One of them walks up to Soo-won and asks, "Good job on clearing the field type dungeon. I guess time moves differently there. How long is it for you guys while you're in the dungeon?"
Soo-won looks at them confused and replies with, "About 4 to 5 hours or so? Why?" He asks.
The same Irregular Hunter then continues, "Well, it's been 5 days on earth. The association gave you access to this gate 5 days ago and you guys aren't back in those 5 days. The chairman is worried since you guys are still low ranks. The chairman almost thought you guys are dead at first,"
Soo-won looks at the Irregular Hunter perplexed. Then he says, "What?! Five days?!". Sounding perplexed.
The hunter nods in response. On the other hand, Jae-hoon is wondering how it can be five days on earth and only 5 hours in the dungeon. Suddenly, the system interface pops up saying,
[The field type dungeon you were in has been reshaped with mana. Originally, the dungeon doesn't have that different time moving pace but that have been reshaped by something or someone]
[Your best bet is the owner of the Spectral Phantom's Castle]
After reading the notification, Jae-hoon walks up to Soo-won and the hunter. He then says, "The dungeon moving time pace was changed with mana by someone or something. Not to mention the floating castle we were in. Our best bet right now is the owner or creator of that floating castle."
Soo-won looks at Jae-hoon, understanding what he's saying. He then asks, "So basically, someone or something changed the moving time pace in the dungeon to be slower?"
"Basically," Jae-hoon answers.
The hunter that was standing there then says, "Then that someone or something must have a lot of mana to alter the fabric of time. It should be impossible for a human to do so. Let alone a mindless monster. You mentioned that floating castle. So what happened?"
"We were walking through the desert and we came across a floating castle in the middle of nowhere. Remember that this is a field type dungeon. To add it up, it's a desert with nothing but expanding no civilization. We can't even see any building nearby other than that castle. It should be impossible to be there. The castle was also made out of stones that are hard to find in deserts," Jae-hoon explains.
"That's strange…. Thank you for the information. We will report it to the chairman afterwards. Also, can we know how you guys got out?" the hunter says. Then, he asks about how they got out.
Before Soo-won can say anything, Jae-hoon chimes in and says, "It's thanks to our captain over here. If it's not for him, we would've been dead."
Soo-won looks at Jae-hoon surprised but he just shrugged it off. Then he says, "Yeah. It was hard but I managed to save everyone," confirming the fake information.
The hunter then looks at Soo-won and says, "Good job. You all did great. Now, you guys can go rest." he says before turning around and talking to the other Irregular Hunters that came here with him. After a while, they then leave the area.
Jae-hoon turns around, walking to leave the area and go back home before Soo-won calls out to him, "Why didn't you confess it was you who saved us, Jae-hoon?"
"It will be a pain. After all, do you actually think an E-rank like me can take down strong enemies? It would be absurd. So for now, let's just keep it a secret," he says, explaining why he hid that he's the one who saved everyone.
"I understand. We will keep it a secret," he says. Everyone in the team including Yoon-jung also nodded, agreeing with Soo-won.
A small smile forms on Jae-hoon's face. He then leaves to go back. While walking, his phone suddenly got bombarded with notifications. He checked his phone and all the notifications from Hana and In-seok sending him messages about his whereabouts.
While reading all the messages, Jae-hoon got a call from Hana. He then answers the phone. Before he could speak, he heard Hana talk loudly, "Jae-hoon! Are you okay?! You didn't answer my calls or reply to my messages! Where are you?!"
"I'm fine. Sorry for worrying you. I was doing my job as an Irregular Hunter five days ago. I was just trapped in a dungeon," he says, reassuring her.
He then hears sounds of sobs through the phone and he hears Hana say while sobbing, "Don't ever do that again, Jae-hoon…. Please…"
Jae-hoon is taken aback and he feels guilty. He then says back through the call, "I promise. I will make up for it. It's Friday today. Tomorrow is Saturday. How about we go out somewhere? Just the two of us?"
Silent falls between them before he hears Hana say, "Sure. You better make up for it nicely. If you did a poor job at it, I will consider not talking to you."
"I promise," he says, reassuring her. "See you tomorrow, Hana. Bye."
"Yeah…. Bye, Jae-hoon…" she says before hanging up the phone.
After she hangs up the phone, Jae-hoon is now confused about himself. He then says, "What the hell did I just say?! Did I just invite her on a date?! Huh?! What?! God just let me die…" he feels embarrassed about it. "Guess there's no backing out now. I invited her so I need to no matter what. It couldn't be worse…. Why did I do that? Do I like her? No…. I do like Hana…. Hana doesn't even like me. This will be one-sided!"
He then continues walking back to the college dorm. When he reaches the dorm, he enters his room and immediately slumps himself on the bed. "I'm dead tired…" he says, tiredly. While minding his own business, he suddenly thinks of Hana's face and he immediately covers his face with a pillow. "I can't stop thinking about her…. Let's just sleep for now, Jae-hoon. Go sleep you brain."
